My experience was very great with the support team. My package was delivered missing one of my jars of sea moss. I was able to hop right on the chat with a representative and the representative handled replacing my missing jar of true seamoss very fast, very sufficient and very professional. I will continue my subscription with true seamoss. And not just for the health benefits of the seamoss, but to have a business so professional. Made this experience so much better for me. Thank you

I didn’t care for my experience and will not order again. I canceled my order immediately after reading their sea moss has iodine in it, but they were having system issues and couldn’t cancel immediately, as I asked, but said they would cancel as soon as the system was fixed. The next day I received a message that they were shipping my order. I notified them of the cancellation on the day prior but they ignored and said that they wouldn’t do anything about it, as it canceled too late, even though it was their system failure. The rep said they canceled the subscription and today I received a message that my order was being sent. I had to send a message to cancel again and it shouldn’t take that much to cancel or get a refund. Good luck!

I really did hope I would experience some improvement in energy and /or sleep but sadly I did not. I took the product exactly as recommended and mixed it with my soy yogurt every a,m,

I had a great experience with Sea Moss. My first order arrived damaged because the package had been ripped during shipping, and the product was broken. After I reached out, sent photos, and explained what happened, their customer service responded quickly and refunded me with no problems.

When I placed my second order, I emailed them beforehand and asked if they could bubble wrap my package to help protect it during shipping. They were happy to do so, and my order arrived safely in perfect condition.

I’m very happy with both their customer service and the quality of the product. They listened to my concerns, went the extra mile to make things right, and I truly appreciate it. I’ll definitely continue ordering from Sea Moss and would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that stands behind their customers.

I love the fact my order came as expected. I had a devastating experience upon opening my package my pineapple and mango jar was broken and I was so hurt. I contacted True Seamoss the whole time I thought they would give me a hard time but it was definitely not even close. The representative was prompt with the replies and my replacement jar is being processed as I type this review. Thank you so much for taking care of me. Customer service is top tier 🫶🏽

I was super excited about my order and when I opened it I was a little sad that one of the flavors I got was missing, but customer service was so kind and immediately fixed the issue and now I’m looking forward to receiving the flavor I ordered : )

Helped so much with bad situation forgetting to update address for shipping got replacement set up!

I received my soursop flavor Seamus today and I didn’t like the taste.
I reached out to customer service and explained my situation and they understood my concern and were happy to send me a different flavor at no cost to me.
I love how quickly and easily they handled my situation.

I love the apple favor, not so much the blueberry.. So I changed my order.. so far vary helpful this company has been very helpful.. My daughter tried it for the first time and she liked the blueberry, she didn’t get to try the apple flavor..She will with the next order..
