I like the trueseamoss. I usually make my own from st.Lucia. I don’t add flavor, but True is tasty. What I didn’t think I signed up for was autoship. I’d rather order when I want to.

I love the variety of flavors they have to offer and love trying all of them! I bought this for me because I wanted to start living healthier and provide my body with everything it needs. I ended up sharing it with my mother as well, we take it everyday and it helps the both of us. Her feet are usually swollen, but ever since she starting taking this, the swelling has gone down. She doesn’t take anything else for swelling, so that’s how I know it’s because of the Seamoss and its benefits. I noticed I don’t get bloated as much as I used to, my gut lining is healthier, my skin is clear as ever and glowing! I don’t get much acne anymore, although I barely got them to begin with, but now if I get them, they are smaller and go away quicker as well. The Seamoss gummies tastes way better than gummy bear candy or any gummy candy, I wish I could eat them like candy. The flavors are more natural compared to gummy candies as their flavors can taste bad and fake. I will try the Elderberry gummies as well! The customer service is amazing as well. I forgot about my subscription date and what flavors I wanted to be sent as I like to change it up. I also have a bunch from my first order leftover as I ordered a lot. As soon as I got the email about my order being prepared to be shipped today, July 10, I sent an email asking for it to be cancelled for this month’s subscription. Within 5 minutes, I got a refund and email regarding the cancellation. The best and fastest response ever, I can’t even get that quick of a response out of my family or friends when I text them. Lol!

Hidden subscription. Untrustworthy tactic. Didn't know that there was a hidden subscription service until I got a message that my new subscriptions were on the way, especially at a ridiculous price and I only wanted a sample as I found out I can't use it due to a medical condition. I'd like to return and get a refund, but supposedly you can only return the ones from the initial trial. I try to cancel the subscriptions yesterday and today I got an email saying that they are not canceled even though I went ahead and did it manually. So I told them that I will file a fraud claim against them if they do not cease and desist

True Sea Moss as a company is fantastic. They have excellent customer service and quality products. Highly recommend. Had a damaged order which they promptly remedied.

Never ever in my life have I had an issue with a product resolved within LITERALLY 3 minutes. Well now I can no longer say that. First time ordering this product and one of the jars was not sealed properly and leaked but the sticker seal showed that it was sealed and never opened. I provided pictures and they immediately confirmed my address to resend a new product and just like that….boom….new product on its way and no arguments or issues. Reiterating first time orderer and now guaranteed repeat orderer. 😉🥰🇺🇸

I received a broken jar and the resolution was the faster response time I have ever experienced with any company. I can say I am truly impressed this is coming from someone who works in customer service for a living and we are not easy customers when it comes to being on the receiving end.

I received one pineapple jar instead of the 2 Elderberry that I ordered. I simply emailed what happened and they said they would send my replacement. They let me keep the pineapple and also sent the 2 Elderberry that I originally ordered. Just had to provide a few pics and order number. Took about 5 minutes and a day to get the response. My original order came in a week. Everyone makes mistakes, as did they. I understand mistakes happen. Why I will continue to buy this product is not only because it works, but the customer service was superb. They knew they made a mistake and they fixed it immediately. That’s good business and that’s a rarity nowadays. Thank you once again🤜🤛

I received my order today, the package arrived damaged. I really thought this was gonna be a hassle, but I went online and I pressed contact and it connected me to a bot. The bot took the pictures and my explanation and sent me out a new order right away. It took less than five minutes to process my damage and get my replacement order number. I am highly impressed with the customer service for this company .

I had a awesome experience with True Sea Moss the associate was very pleasant to chat with resolved my issues with the swapping of the flavor. I can recommend Pineapple flavor is awesome 👌🏽 my body feels great since I started taking it 😋 nails are growing 👌🏽, hair is growing as well.

The product is great quality and it gives you value for your money. True sea moss helped with better sleep as less aches and pains. My bloating is gone and can enjoy any food I want.

I ordered True Sea Moss about a week ago, and my package arrived today. Unfortunately, one of the jars was damaged during shipping. I contacted True Sea Moss and was quickly connected with a virtual representative. After I sent a few photos, they immediately processed a replacement order. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free.
This is my first time trying sea moss, and I was especially excited to taste the Pineapple Mango flavor—which, of course, was the jar that arrived damaged. 😊 I guess I’ll start with the other flavors while I wait for the replacement. So far, I’m impressed with their customer service and look forward to trying the product!

I have been a recent new customer on my 3rd order now for the electrolytes. Love that they include what they do for each days activities. I did have on issue where I ordered a specific flavor and was delivered the wrong one. I emailed the company letting them know and they then when ahead and sent my correct order with additional charge. Love the great customer service I received. Thank you!

I think everyone should use this product, it has done wonders for me in only 1 month. My body feels so much better. My aches and pains, I hardly notice. I'll continue to use this product.
