My initial experience was very quick & easy!
I placed my 1st order but my old address was attached. They quickly updated the address & also answered all my questions in regards to the subscription .And how & when I would need to make any changes before my next order.

Great Customer Service
I mistakenly put the wrong zip code so wasn’t able to receive my order to the correct address but I emailed support and they responded within minutes asking for a replacement address so they could resend my mail. Excellent customer service and will definitely be buying again because of it!!

These products are great. I received the immune 5-in-1 sea moss and within a couple of days I felt a big difference overall. Taking the true seamoss is officially a staple in my daily routine. I definitely recommend to anyone trying to better their health. Also if you have any issues the customer service is amazing as well. Overall great company! I definitely will be returning.

The sea moss tastes great and arrives in an insulated packaging. I just wish there was more information on where the sea moss was sourced from and who does the third party testing ensuring there are no metals or chemicals in the product.

Felt energetic the rest of the day
I received my order earlier than expected, but one jar was broken. Customer Service was easy to communicate with and the shipment of new jar will hopefully be just as fast as original order. I did try the second jar, unflavored and it did not taste bad. I felt more energetic the rest of the day and look forward to seeing what the long term use results are. Thank you!

I had gotten my monthly order delivery…
I had gotten my monthly order delivery from True Sea Moss but upon arrival I notice box was wet and upon opening I notice one of the Jars was broken during shipment. Right away I took photos of the damage jar, emailed the company. I was amazed how within minutes I got email responses back asking if I wanted a replacement of same jar flavor elderberry or wanted different flavor. The company responses back was amazing especially for a weekend email responses. Now I am getting my new replacement jar which I am happy for because I thought through email responses it would take couple to get responses back but no it took minutes... thank you true sea moss team!

I received my shipment today with a cracked bottom of the jar so I logged on to see if there was anything I could do since it was the first time this ever happened . Customer service was quick and asked for a picture verified and got replacement out appreciate the quick attentive service especially since it’s a product we love.

Very Very Good Sea moss
Very Very Good Sea moss, and the customer service is very easy to talk to, and they work with all of your care & concerns. I am a believer this True Seamoss is God Sent!! No more aches or pains, full use of my left knee, after a Dr. tried to get me to have surgery.. I am now enrolled in a exercise class using full use of my knee without any type of wrap or brace on it ❤️❤️❤️
