On par with bacon.
I enjoyed everything but the sirloin steak is to die for. I mean on par with bacon! Even seasoned so you just heat and eat. How much easier can it be.
I had chicken, pork and the various BBQ versions of their products. Everything was tasty but the steak was better than anything I tried in the past 25 years.
The price point was not that expensive either. Given the measly portions of mediocre food I get eating out this may be my replacement since the value is there.

Terrible low quality meat
Poor customer service. The meat is of very low quality. Filled with additives like water, corn fiber and vanilla powder. Refund policy instructing customers to sample every single product. The food is nasty. Don't get it.

NOT acceptable
The variety & quality of meats are great - no complaints. I've had 4 orders and every time there's been issues with the selections or something. It's their subscription offers that lure you into join (20% or more off) and then they send orders without notifying you BEFORE they're processed. Or, how about this -- send the notification at midnight and tell you you're too late to cancel in the morning! Such BS!!!! I cancelled all future business with this company.

Not Happy.
I was looking forward to the beef that we ordered. Both packages were way too spicy. Today we tried the Sunday Roast. My first bite was fat and the second was gristle. We only ate only half of the meat and thru the rest out. I still have chicken and pork to try. I hope they will be better.

The steaks were 1/3rd gristle
The steaks were 1/3rd gristle and all of the products were over-seasoned. Very salty. Their reply below doesn't even make sense. Gristle is meat. It's just bad meat that is tough, chewy, and inedible connective tissue or cartilage. I sent something to their email address and have had no reply. Plus - I wrote this 10 months ago. WTF? And I emailed them then asking for some kind of resolution but got no reply back then. Bad meat - bad customer service. And no refund.

Terrible, non existent customer service!
We ordered four packages of brisket and the box was delivered with ONE package of brisket inside the box (warm). We contacted the company and were required to send them a full report of exactly what happened in great detail they also wanted photos of the brisket, the box, the packing slip, and the delivery label. It's been a week and we haven't heard a word from the company, absolutely zero response

Don't buy from True Nature Meats, shoddy quality control, customer service
Note the date of this reply, August 26, 2026 to when I ordered the product in December of 2025.
My order details were already provided in January, both in my original complaint and in two follow-up emails to your support team. For the record: Order #13523-TNM, delivered 12/17/25, four items, only one of which had a printed date — already expired. I sent photos of all four items at the time.
This isn't new information. I don't need to "provide details" again — I need the $58 refund your team has had every reason to issue since December 31st. Please process it directly rather than restarting a review that's already been done.
They shipped me expired products and would not give me a full refund. Only one of 4 items even had a use by date printed on the package.
The responses I got were all about me not having alerted them soon enough or implying that I consumed the products and wanted them for free.
My "beef" with them is that they shipped me unsafe products, ignored my safety concerns, and hid behind acting like it was I who did something wrong. They shipped me something dated several weeks after the use by date
I so wanted to like this company but all I can say is to avoid them. They don't stand by their products.
I'm out $58 and they ruined their reputation for providing a good product.
Instead of apologizing and sending me a full refund, they go long on avoiding responsibility for lousy quality control and poor customer service.
