A friend recommended True Nature Meats and we are very happy with the quality of meat... delivery. I needed to update an order before processing and Chris took care of my request promptly. We highly recommend!!!

The food and customer service is exceptional in every way.

The product is amazing. So easy to prepare and extremely tasty. My other half was very skeptical, till his first bite. The steak is so tender and flavorful. I can't believe how good this is and so easy!! I have had the chicken and beef only and it is so good. Great quality and customer service is fantastic!

I ordered a bunch of meat from them but the 1 item that I was most excited about (Wagyu Sirloin steaks) still wasn't delivered after 3 months so I contacted customer service to inquire. To my absolute amazement, I was advised that they would not be delivering the subject meat but were still keeping my money.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD; they have no clue about customer support. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I responded to 4 separate emails on 4 separate days saying that the order was being shipped. I asked that it not be shipped. I got notification that the order was delivered. I guess when get home we can throw the spoiled meats away!!!!!!!!!!!

I found the meats to be exceptional in flavor and texture.
I will most likely buy again, soon.

Had an issue with my order, took a while, but they DID come thru for me by sending me another box! I could have gotten a refund, but HELL NO!! THIS MEAT IS SO AWESOME!!

Asked to stop my order since i was not home. 6 days before delivery i wrote and called, but they still sent it and charged me 180$. Refuse to refund me. Really bad business.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - I never authorized a monthly delivery yet they charge me. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I still am trying to call and they will not pick up the phone. This is very suspicious and dishonest. Not to even mention that the meat tastes like a spoonful of salt. Yuck! I will be reporting the the BBB.

This is some of the best steak I have had and the variety of chicken is amazing as well. There are flavors for everyone and this is quickly becoming a staple for my family of 10! Love it!

I was skeptical this would taste as good, since it's pre-cooked, but WOW! It really does taste incredible! My favorite by far is the brisket and the wagyu steak. Highly recommend.

I was absolutely blown away by how good the meat was! Better steak than the $50 I spent at Texas Roadhouse.

Sad business

Don't buy this! I sent it to my son because it seemed easy to prepare, but it arrived late and thawed out. However, they told me that wasn't a problem. Then, without my authorization, a subscription was automatically generated for a recurring purchase—every 30 days—of four packages of meat, and they notified me that the order was already on its way. I told them there had been a mistake and asked them to initiate a return for the product, as my son was out of town and wouldn't be able to receive it—plus, I hadn't authorized the purchase in the first place. They replied that they do not accept returns, etc., though they subsequently sent me instructions on how to cancel the subscription. It was impossible to do so, however, because the app didn't offer that option. I was only able to get it done by telling them I was going to report them.
If someone makes a purchase from me using my card details without my authorization, it is clearly theft.

Company refuses to take responsibility for shipping meat that I didn’t want but was unable to tell them about because when I clicked on their posted link to manage my order the link was reportedly invalid and didn’t exist. Once they shipped it they said the matter was no longer their issue even though I explained I was out of the country and the meat is going to sit rotting on my doorstep for 5 weeks.

This is a terrible company. The meat is not fit for humans. As for the guarantee it's a big fat lie. Say goodbye to your $ and u will be stuck with a freezer of garbage. HelenStevenson

Over-salted, poorly seasoned, tough, dry, and low quality meat that I struggled to make palatable. I love salt but wow, that’s a salt lick! Deceptive that they don’t show you all ingredients and nutrition facts before buying. IT IS NOT HEALTHY. (And they claim it is)

After detailing my concerns and being escalated, they will only give an account credit requiring future purchases. Hah! I will never buy from them again, it’s that bad.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced from a service like this. Using AI to write long flowery responses doesn’t help anyone ever.

Thankfully AMEX will help me remedy the situation. I wish I looked here first, the other reviews here describe my exact experience, even Reddit agrees!

I enjoyed our steaks, but the carne asada is nothing but grizzle. What we chewed had to be spit out, and if you can imagine that crap was larger than when it went in our mouths—it made eating it impossible. Then they want a photo for proof. Stay away from this company or at least any of their side meats. Only buy the steaks.
