My only dislike
I have enjoyed true nature for months now but the only problem i have with this service is how i tried to either edit the orders or cancel them only for them to turn into new orders I do not want when using my phone please change this

The steaks are great but I find the other items too salty. I ate some of the brisket and threw the rest out. The same is true for the chicken items I’ve tried.

I absolutely love the fast response to an issue I had with my order. It was corrected in minutes, with great customer service. I have been using true nature meats for around 6months and it is a great product that I count on, so when my order was messed up I wasn’t happy until I spoke with customer service. Great job.

Great Quality, Value, and Service
QUALITY: We found True Nature Meats a few months ago. The steaks and the chicken wings are AMAZING! We have been mostly re-ordering those items, especially Wagyu, Rib Eye, and New York Strip Steaks. And the wings are amazing, especially the Garlic Parm and Maple Bourbon!
COOKING/PREP:
They have come up with a fantastic method of precooking their products, which only requires a few minutes preparation! They include a very clear guide on the best way to heat up the various products.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
I had a minor issue with an order and found out that True Nature Meats has the BEST customer service department I have ever dealt with. Very quick response and resolution way beyond my expectations.
VALUE:
The meats that we have purchased and prepared are completely worth the price. The steaks are more tender than what you find in a restaurant and less expensive. The chicken wings are meaty and delicious and also less expensive.

Every shipment was packed solid unlike some others that give you the bare minimum packaging.
The quality of the meat is excellent. The flavor and size of the portions is enormous. Left over for lunch the next day.
Anything that comes up the customer service will take excellent care of you.
I have tried almost everything and there’s nothing I would not order again. A+

Most all of the products are very good
Most all of the products are very good. I did not like the wings. I must say though that I have an excellent wing restaurant near me that I love, so that is what I'm comparing them to. Also, the last Texas sliced brisket was not good. It was very tough. Brisket can sometimes be tough.

Wrong product.
I ordered a pulled pork and did not receive. Instead, I got 2 briskets. Cold packs were still cold, but 90% thawed.

Buffalo Style Chicken Breast
We have enjoyed several orders from True Nature Meats. Our latest order included Buffalo Style Chicken Breast. Our younger children needed a milder taste. To help with that, I rinsed the thawed chicken with water and put it in the crockpot as usual. It made delicious sandwiches.

Great Customer Service
My first shipment came very quickly, but had a few substitutions. The brisket was shredded, not sliced and one other. I contacted them and they quickly replaced my entire order!! Best customer service I could ask for!

A problem that was rectified immediately
There was a glitch with this, my first order and I did not receive anything I ordered, but instead 5 different items, none of which I actually wanted. I emailed their customer service and first thing the next morning they had prepared a brand new order and sent a nice email explaining what had happened ( computer error- not human error) Good customer service support and I look forward to trying their products next week.

Distributor Issue
I noticed that I did not receive 2 of the meats I had ordered last month and this month. After messaging them, they let me know that their distributor had an error in their system and that I was not the only one who was having the issue. To compensate me, they they put my order back in and sent me everything for free!
