I couldn't find a company in Miami, FL that would make a custom concrete console table for me. I researched several companies online and opted to go with Trueform Concrete. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! They were very easy to work with and provided great service. The table came out spectacular, and it's now one the coolest pieces in my house - very unique. Everyone comments on it. Trueform Concrete ROCKS!!!

Very responsive to my inquiry. Their response was immediate and estimate provided to me two days later.

We moved into a home that had trueform concrete counters in the kitchen. We called true form to sand down and refinish the counters. The person did a wonderful job which still looks like new. Will use them again when counters need to be refinished.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase. Absolutely beautiful sink. Looks great in my bathroom. Could not be any happier with my decision to go with a custom sink with the espresso vanity base.

Loved this product!

Professional artists and crafts personnel. They spend the time with their clients helping with design, layout and templating. Installation is superb. The fireplace they installed always gets wow's when guests enter our family room.

Staff is very nice BUT the product is HORRIFIC if you intend to use it anywhere near a kitchen.

It chips very easily.

It stains WORSE than marble.

It is not easily repaired (without looking like a series of patches that dont match the original surface).

It does NOT look like cement/concrete (which is what we wanted).

It is EXPENSIVE.

You are MUCH better off just buying a quartz product or getting the real thing (marble).

Do NOT waste your money.

Either the rest of these reviews are from family members or these people do not use their kitchens.

Trueform created a sink, bathroom counter and seats for my new steam shower. They were responsive and careful in the installation. We are very happy with their work.

I had a custom fireplace mantel and surround made and it is perfect. The installer was quick and efficient and left the area spotless. I plan to do a concrete counter and integrated sinks in my bathroom in the future and will definitely use Trueform.

Very trustworthy & had a professional attitude

We had them fabricate an outdoor counter top for us. It came out nicely. Since then its cracked and scratched, which is probably not atypical for an outdoor concrete counter. When we tried to get them to come out to remedy the problems, we did not feel a whole lot of customer service love shining through as: 1) they limited which days they would allocate to repair/maintenance, and 2) one service date after another got cancelled due to weather. I would have thought a $5K countertop would have resulted in better post-sale support.

Trueform is more than just quality countertops. It's the customer service and attention to detail that makes them a truly unique concrete purveyor. Even as I need my maintenance work done for my massive countertops, they promptly reply and do their best to fulfill my needs. Thank you!

Product does not ship on time.

They created just what I wanted. Took care in my home. And when I damaged the concrete they came and repaired.
