I have not received the product as of yet; but, the experience with customer service has been great. My son bought one as well; and, it is a well made dog bowl for sure!

Everything is very accessible and intuitive.

I have several Trot Pets products and continue to go back to them because of their high quality! They are durable, well designed and very stylish.
The elevated bowl set is beautiful and I love that they are compatible with our new snack tray! I’m especially happy that they are magnetic. It’s so nice that they are machine washable, so we can sanitize them, too.
We recommend Trot Pets products to everyone!

Missing item from my order. Zero response to emails or instagram messages. No phone number to be found to call them.

Excellent customer support! The was an initial glitch leading to non-delivery. It was corrected immediately upon notification, not to mention a discount and free delivery given because of the error. Very impressed.

Easy purchase and delivery. I went w the bigger bowl set in yellow. For a puppy they are a bit big but he will grow into them. He wasn’t sure about the slow feeder so he had to figure that out which is good.

I think that the slow feeder bowls are a quality product, however, when I placed my first order they sent the wrong size lid (medium when I ordered a large) and they did not include the magnet to keep the bowl in place, so I emailed customer service. I've still yet to hear back from them at all. I also find their "customer policies" as posted on their website very negative and one sided. Returns with this company are more difficult than your average company and I don't think I should have to go through all of that when they sent me the wrong lid. I'm still waiting. . . . I have emailed customer service, twice, and still no response and there is NO phone number to reach anyone at this company. I will not be purchasing anything further from them as service has been nonexistent. There is literally no way to get a hold of them to get their error fixed!!!

Great quality

This is a review of Trot customer service and the lack of response to repeated emails. We like the elevated bowl set that we ordered but our dog doesn’t like the puzzle bowl. I have been emailing them repeatedly for 2 weeks without a response. We are trying to buy a second water bowl. Literally trying to give them more money and no response at all. Nice product but horrible customer service. I would look elsewhere. This is really frustrating.

I received the wrong items and I have reached out a few times-NO RESPONSE. Very disappointing and I hope I didn't lose $100. I hope to get a response on the return request! Such great products and service with my last 2 purchases, is the company going out of business? No response at all???

The one star is for customer service alone. The products themselves are worth 5 stars. I’ve contacted “hello at trot pets” address ( unable to type the correct address) you provide over and over with no response. I want to return for a refund and purchase the correct sizes or exchange the products. Over and over in the other reviews, your response is to send an email to “hello at trot pets” which Ive done but no one has contacted me.

We think your products are great--we just ordered a new bowl and stand set for our newest dog family member. However, your advertising is false, and you should really correct it. Namely, I have left several inquiries through your impossible barrier to actually reaching someone by phone to advise that the first dog bowl we purchased is chipped on the side and that we would like it replaced as per the lifetime warranty. We have yet to hear back from anyone.

Love this product. I got a single dish. It is a slow feeder with a riser. It is very nice for my pup. She loves it.

Product came as ordered and seems great. Knocking down a star because I only got informed that my order was confirmed and couldn't get any additional info. My order showed up at my door with no further updates. Got it in about a week, but it was strange not being told it was on the way or getting a tracking number.

Also, the construction instructions were a little lacking. Not complicated. But they sent 2x the screws needed.

I timed my dog and compared. The feeder bowl slowed her down 3x. She probably tasted her food for the first time. Seemed to enjoy it more and the mental activity. The little notch holds the bowls in place better so the dog isn't knocking things over constantly.

Great for car camping setups if you have the space. The stand keeps the bowls off the ground when camping + not getting knocked over by the leash every time the dog walks around at the campsite helped us reduce water wastage.
