Multi storey car park with a dedicated section for cruisers. Only 7 minute chauffered drive to the terminal. We had to wait a while for the driver on return due to traffic issues.

When we arrived on our return to Southampton, I phoned and was told someone would phone me within 10 minutes, needless to say that did not happen. Suffice to say only after at least 20 calls and a wait of 75 minutes did our taxi turn up. We were virtually the last of 4500 people to leave the terminal.
The driver did not offer any explanation and at the car park there was no one to be seen.

Really helpful. Stayed in contact to assist when trying to find car park. On call to pick us up from port.

Your operatives never answer the phone. On our dis-embarkation I (phoned 128 times) nearly 37minutes trying to phone them to collect us. We were almost the last people to be collected.
However once we were picked up absolutely fantastic service.

The location of carpark was not very clear and also as we arrived after 4pm there was no transfer to cruise terminal available.
There seems to be no CCTV in the car park so security of my car is in question.

A really smoith experience from start to finish. I can not recommend enough.

Booking was quick and easy and staff were courteous and helpful. Everything went well until our return when we were left standing in the cold for 50 minutes. Trinqoo needs to ensure that their partners deal with customers as efficiently as they do themselves.

On the first day of our holiday, they were great, but on returning, the driver was an hour , and we were not happy, he went to the wrong cruise terminal, we had a baby with us, so it was difficult.

All a bit amateurish. Not too bad dropping car off and getting their minibus to cruise terminal but disaster coming back.
Promised pick up in 20 minutes, continually phoned them when there was no sign. Promised within 15 minutes every time we called, clearly lying with promises.
Eventually picked up 1 1/12 hours after initial communication.
Wouldn't use again.

So polite and helpful. Kept up updated on collection times, and arranged for another car to collect us as we had another passenger returning with us. Car was parked in a covered car park. If I travel from Southampton I will use them again.

Found parking with Dolphin Park & Ride in Southampton via Trinqoo, whilst we enjoyed our cruise and couldn’t have asked for a better service! The driver was ready to drop us off and pick us up from the port, which made it a very smooth process - thanks guys!

The service worked well. We were delivered to our ship's terminal and collected on return in a timely and courteous manner.
There was a minor problem finding the exact location; we found the entrance to the car park but it wasn't clear from any signage that this was the correct place.
It would also have helped to advise us to make a note of the bay in which our car was parked.

Car Park was a bit difficult to find as we didn't have Sat Nav! but would know now for the future!
Also when arrived back from cruise my wife didn't have any reception with Vodafone to make a call to you luckily I'm with EE and that worked!

Very good offsite parking close to Southampton cruise terminal. Reception staff and driver were very helpful. Transfers to and from the ship were speedy. Would use again.

Overall we had a good experience with this company there was a slight problem with our return pick up, however they dealt with it very professionally and promptly. I would recommend this company and would use them again
