The worst experience ever!
Upon drop off, the driver was not even informed to come and pick up my car till late. I made several calls and kept being reassured driver was onsite, which was never the case!
On return, there was a severe delay! Again phone calls were just a bunch of lies about timing! There was not even a simple apology at the end of all of this!
Very bad communication and that was the worst experience ever!! My fault I chose a cheap service!
Now on driving to work next day morning I found out there is a missing gold khartoush from my car! I am now going through complaints!
Update: This was their last reply to me:
“ Dear sir
Please inform to the police. We will give you fullest support to stop this kind of activities in future”!
I will now proceed through the police!
Nice and easy
Arrived early to find a welcoming face whom helped us to our parking space and kept us informed till our ride to the terminal arrived. We got to terminal easily and before our boarding time.
£1408 parking charge - poor Instructions and service

Followed instructions for Terminal 3 Heathrow
Arrived and parked in row A as stated.
Returned after 15 days got in the car got to barrier and inserted ticket to be told I owe £1408.
Spent 30mins at exit barrier waiting for parking personnel from Heathrow Parking to arrive.
Chap told me it must be a mistake and to tailgate another car closely to get out.
Once on the M25 with a 6 hour drive ahead of me it hit me that it didn’t seem right and once on the M1 I stopped at the first services and called Trinqoo and explained what happened.
I was told they had me down as a no show and the £1408 was nothing to do with them, and to call the customer service at Heathrow.
We were then told we should have handed our keys to someone to which I explained on the terminal 3 departure it does not state hand keys over.
Explaining that the car was parked it there bay for 15 days and no one noticed mmm
Or that a call or email to see if we were far away as we didn’t arrive at designated time would have been good customer service didn’t happen either
After being passed between Heathrow and then given Trinqoo number again by them to call I spoke to the same man who bluntly said Iv already explained this to you and ended the call.
We asked for a refund as according to them we didn’t use there service to be told NO.
We now have lost not only £100 with Trinqoo but now are fighting the £1408 with the Heathrow parking company.
So In total we are £1508 out of pocket due to poor instructions and bad customer service.
Plus dealing with the Met Police over leaving without paying.
A wonderful holiday to Florida ruined at the end.
Disgraceful customer service, poor communication, and just don’t give a s**t attitude to a customer in this situation.

Don't judge a book.......
First impressions when we arrived at the parking facility weren't good due to the lack of staff supposed to direct us to the 'correct' parking bays. However, once we had established this, our pickup was fairly straight forward.
On our return one week later albeit a busy terminal with many people awaiting collection, we were collected after about 20mins.
Our experience overall was good and helpful, especially as 'first time' cruising. Trinqoo staff were very accommodating and polite with their charges, in comparison, also fair. We would consider them again with any future car parking for cruises

Very satisfied with service, transfers etc. Definitely will use again. Only slight gripe , the underground parking only has signs saying cruise parking this way. A phone call explained we were in correct place and they owned all parking, but a sign saying Dophin would have saved a call, ( which was answered promptly).

Good price but a stressful experience
The price for this car park booking was good and the car was returned in good condition. However, we were kept waiting for one hour from our original phone call on our outward journey and 45 minutes on our return. This caused a lot of stress and also additional cost which has been refunded. It took two emails and two phone calls for me to get a response and I still do not have any explanation for the delays.
