When the order was received my expectation of when the goods would arrive was managed as they owner was taking a break post Christmas. Goods then arrived on time.

Postponed Event
Event was unfortunately postponed due to weather. Were offered different dates that I was unable to attend, because of this my charge for the event was not returned. Think it would have been better to have offered us a half price admission to an event in 2025 or if they re-sold my pitch to have offered a refund. Just seemed a little it’s this or nothing.

It is quite disheartening to find this review on our business page, especially since it has no connection to the event mentioned above.
To clarify, we had to postpone, not cancel, a Christmas event that we voluntarily organized for the local community due to Storm Darragh. Wind speeds in our area were recorded at 55-65 mph, and the event venue had to close for safety reasons. Since the trading spaces were set to take place in a large marquee and individual gazebos, postponing the event became the only responsible decision.
We were just as disappointed as anyone to reschedule an event we had been planning for over six months. We offered all the traders and local artisans booked for this event the option to transfer their stand bookings to the following weekend, which we were fortunate enough to secure. For those unable to attend on that date, we also provided three additional options before Christmas to showcase their stands.
Regrettably, none of these alternatives seemed acceptable to Mrs. Murphy. Based on her responses, it appears she may have preferred the event to proceed despite the storm conditions.
Even after reiterating the booking agreement and terms we clearly outlined prior to the arrangement, it is unfortunate to witness such a sense of entitlement regarding a situation beyond anyone's control. It seems Mrs. Murphy is unable to see past her own interests and convenience.
We can just hope that other organisers, that try to add something special to their community, do not encounter similar issues with her in the future.

I have ordered several times from Trinkety Paws and always receive orders in good time, the products are beautiful, the range of colours and type of lead/length etc is fantastic and the durability is great! Wonderful company
Wonderful website, incredibly well presented and so easy to use. I’ve been buying the dog collars for many years. Having three lively and mud magnet doggies it’s important to buy easily cleanable products which these are. The collars are beautifully made and the range of colours is vast. We have numerous collars and leads from Trinkety Paws (almost one in every colour) every single one is exceptional quality. Service is always prompt and the products are complimented by everyone who sees them. I wouldn't use anything else for my dogs.
