I have a very nervous 2y old male rough collie. He has never been eating well, mostly being very underweight. First time ever he is now gaining weight, getting muscle mass, and being the young and boisterous pup he can be. He loves nearly anything with tripe, and I have couple just tripe portions in case he ever needs it.

It's an understatement that I'm very happy for product and delivery, there has never been any problems. Customer service is also top notch.

The delivery driver didn’t put it in my safe place as asks ! Spoke to DPD and they said I must get intouch with you to ask for another replacement box as when I got home the parcel wasn’t there !
Ive had to buy tinned dog food thats upset my dogs stomach !
Ive email you but had no reply .
Won’t be ordering again unless sorted and im sent another replacement box

I ordered 2 variety boxes on Wednesday 21/07 am for delivery on 22/07 , checked my account to see if it had been shipped, to discover my order has been cancelled with no notification to me nor any sign of a refund. Have tried several times to contact them via telephone (straight to voicemail) and sent several emails all completely ignored. Please avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all cost it's not the first time my dogs have been left without food first they sold me food that was bad second time they didn't deliver my food for over a week (because of the heat) they never told me this before or else I would of ordered it from somwhere else thirdly they canceled my order without any email or anything complete joke of a company avoid at all costs!!!!!

Delivery is quicker than some others and reliable service, however the selection on the bundle deals is pretty poor.

I ordered a bundle of 30 Stobarts and received only 3 different types of meat. Other suppliers generally supply 7 or 8 different meats or combinations. Chicken, beef and tripe only. No turkey, no lamb, no duck, no three bird, no combinations. It would put me off ordering again if I'm honest.

Ordering is easy, i chose.my delivery date, i was informed by the courier an estimated time of arrival, the food came very well packed. My dog loves Prime Raw.

Absolutely outstanding customer service!, used DPP for a good few months now customer service is fantastic, polite, helpful and always willing to go that extra mile if they are asked too and can!. Unbeatable choice, fantastic prices!. Highly recommend.

Great service, but wish you had kept the free delivery for over a certain spend

I live quite rural and have struggled to get raw dog food delivered, that is actually still frozen when it arrives!! Until I found discount pet pantry, brilliant!! 100% service...to the point they delayed the delivery by a day due to the extreme heat, all arrived still very much frozen and packaged well!! Best service ive found, will not order from anywhere else from now on!!! Price is also vwry reasonable, cheapest ive found for food and delivery!!Brilliant thankyou.

The products were good but I had a missing product from my order, immediately raised a query but have had nothing back.

** FURTHER UPDATE ** GAVE A SECOND CHANCE AGAIN MISSING ITEMS AND NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY WILL BE AVOIDING FROM NOW ON**
Ordering was quick and easy and a bonus to choose delivery date which arrived when it should however the box was damaged and retaped with tape by courier unfortunately 3 items are missing from my order all the same item so I feel forgotten to be packed by company rather than lost through damage to parcel i have since tried 3 times to make contact with the company to sort his and have had no response very disappointing as other than this all was ok unfortunately not sure if I shall use again now as obviously sorting any problems isn't a priority for them or a quick process

Excellent value, prices are great and delivery was efficient, being able to choose delivery date was very helpful.
