Tribalsociety Anmeldelser

We love Tribal Society!!! The T Tech collection is mega, and my partner has multiple items from the store and online. The durability, design and colour ways are absolutely boss!

The staff are always so friendly and helpful in store, and I did have a slight issue with an online order recently (my fault needing something quicker than the delivery option) so had to cancel and Steph replied and sorted it with 10 minutes literally.

Not the sort of customer service you’d get from JD Sports or other big corporations.

Ordered a coat on the morning of release. They accepted my order sent me a confirmation and took my money. 8 days later I’ve still not received the item, so I check my account. To see “order unfulfilled - refunded”. The refund arrived in my bank account 9 days after purchase. No warning, no apology email, nothing. They just took my money for 9 days and then sent it back without fulfilling the order. Complete amateurs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING

They did not have the pants in the size I needed on the website only the jumper. I emailed them and Steph got straight back to me and confirmed she had one pair left in the shop and put them away for me.

The jumper I ordered online was also delivered to the store the same day.

The customer service is amazing and the quality of the clothes is amazing. 100% new favourite place to buy my sons clothes.

Brilliant I ordered a xs online by accident instead of a xl and they swapped it within minutes once I emailed them. Boss quality stuff ,miles better than any other brand of a similar price

Very good service, fast response and aftershave spottt on, thankyou

Great product, price and quickly dispatched. Would highly recommend.

Quality of clothes are really good and at a decent price.. better than most well known names. Iv experienced customer service too and they are prompt and professional.

I bought a coat which i’m very happy with the quality of. I actually ordered the incorrect in error but it was quickly changed after 1 email. Good service

Really fast delivery and really happy with my order, really good price and the aftershaves smell gorgeous, definitely the best value aftershave around, definitely will be buying again 👍

Just received my 7th order and the quality of the new shirts is unreal,be ordering more on Saturday.

Really disappointed with this purchase which was a surprise because it’s my favourite shop. The issue I had with this is that I specified it for my son’s birthday and ordered a card from us to him and what arrived was the non personalised edition. I emailed TS and still have not received a reply. This won’t stop me shopping there but more attention to customers prefers would be recommended.

Came all the way from Grimsby to try the Aftershave and was blown away they all smelt so good loads to sample and they were all so good staff excellent and friendly and was happy to help, like all good Scousers are will be back soon for more

Perfect! My boyf loves his Luxury Joggers.. can’t wait to buy him more stuff from this brand❤️. Messaged them as I need my order ASAP, it was ready the next morning, quicker than expected 😍😍 thank you so much can’t wait to shop again

I have purchased clothes, aftershaves and sunglasses from here from Tribal Society for my son and these have always been excellent. The products are really good quality and the customer service is always perfect. When I have had to contact them about a refund or exchange they have been helpful and always helped me to sort things out.
I would recommend tribal society to anyone its a great brand who offer great products and brilliant customer service

Just wow the quality of the clothing are fantastic my lad wardrobe is just full of Tribal gear. There customer service is 10/10 needed to send a jacket back as I got wrong size Steph handle my email straight away with no trouble at all.

Great quality. Great price. Arrived quickly in time for the summer holiday madness. Ordered a 8year old for my ‘big for his age’ 7 year old, and a 10 year old for my ‘normal to small sized for his age’ ten year old.
