Not gonna lie,
My son works at Tribal in Chester, he left another company knowing this family run business was what he wanted to be part of and it hasn’t disappointed! Family ties aside, the ladies working there were top tier. So down to earth it feels like I’ve known them for years and everyone gets the same treatment! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. Great clothes, good prices, friendly welcome. What you waiting for, go see for yourself, you won’t regret it! My son is Louis, tell him I sent you lol x

My slides developed a fault after just 3 weeks of wear. I contacted the company via Instagram with photos, only to have my complaint dismissed because they had been “worn”.

They market themselves as being better than Nike, yet these slides are cheap, held together with glue, and fell apart after just three weeks.
What’s even more disappointing is the dismissive and unprofessional customer service. Think twice before spending your money here. I was a customer since the store opened in 2018 but it seems they've lost their morals and aren't the brand they originally were.

Customer Service for tribal society is one of the worst,show the pics and all I got told was she been on holiday with they and they was find no complaints off her and her family,

These are the best quality clothes I've seen in a while. I wouldn't consider other brands now that I own most of the sets. I would rate them a perfect 10/10.

Bought a pair of sliders and they come damaged so sent them back, they sent out another pair also damaged you can see the bad worksmanship with them glued around the edges and very flimsy I know only a tenner but save your money and go elsewhere absolutely shocking quality of stock from this place, both pairs of sliders ripped within a few days

Ordered for my son, messaged as hadn’t selected next day delivery. Got an email next morning as was sorted quickly and professionally. Clothes arrived and my son is over the moon! Great quality

Bought some charcoal sliders for holiday worn them around pool and beach and faded sent pictures across just to highlight issues reply was adamant I spilt something on them.

Understand only a tenner but will keep to my Nike ones.

Ordered items online and they were ready to collect in 2 days at the Liverpool store the staff were very friendly and welcoming great quality clothing well done tribal society 5 stars

Done an online order collection in store I bought more stuff my grandsons were made up at Christmas especially with the aftershave the staff were really nice I will be shopping there again

I like this brand and I think what the owners do with giveaways etc is really good. However, I purchased a coat online for my son and picked it up in store (Liverpool branch) but now I need to return it so I went back to the Liverpool shop but apparently they cannot process a refund for me! I have to either travel to Chester or send it via post to Chester. I could exchange in Liverpool but not refund. Quite a bizarre way of operating and not ideal for the customer. This will make me reconsider online purchases with this brand going forward.

I ordered a few sock fillers for my 3 boys to be delivered to the shop, then I broke my shoulder, I sent Tribal society a email for them to post it out to me, an they did free of charge what a lovely thing to do cant thank steph enough, and the stuff I ordered i am delighted with, thank you so much, will definitely be shopping there again

went to the chester shop today and the young sales lad was lovely.makes a big difference what a smile and a conversation can do.he was friendly and helpful and my shopping day was nice and chilled.give this boy a pay rise its well deserved
