We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience.
After reviewing your order, we can confirm that the shorts supplied matched the colour selected at the time of purchase. We understand that the colour may not have been what you expected, which is why we offered an exchange to help resolve the issue.
We always aim to provide a fair and helpful service and regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.
