I cannot believe they have the cheek to charge £4.95 postage for delivery and then make you pay for the return.
The postage was more than the sandals cost.
I won't buy from them again.

The shoes were too small despite the fact that 6 is my usual size. I paid for returning them but I understand that thus is not refundable. This outs me off buying from this company again. It's a shame as the staff are very nice and helpful.

Lovely shoes but disappointed
I really love these shoes. I first bought them on an overseas trip and adore them. However, we went to so much trouble to order two pairs of the moccasins when we got home to Australia, endeavouring to do everything to get the correct size by emailing for advice, but sadly the sizes sent were too big. It is too far to return and I am stuck with 2 lovely pairs of shoes I can't wear.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re so pleased to hear how much you love the shoes, but we’re very sorry that the two pairs you ordered were not the right fit, especially after you took the time to contact us for sizing advice. We completely understand how disappointing this must be, particularly given the distance involved in returning them from Australia. We really appreciate your feedback and are sorry that, on this occasion, the sizing didn’t work out for you.

Sorry to hear you have had issues with your purchase.
I have sent you an email, please look out for it in your Inbox and if not your Junk (they sometimes drop in there) . I will look forward to hearing from you. Deborah @ JO&JOE Collection.
Trainers great , but too narrow.
Really like the trainers, and were good quality and a great price. I don't know what it is buying online but this is the second pair bought online from two different companies were the shoe has been too small (size 6 ) and too narrow ?
I have just found a pair I like on the high street shop and they fit like a glove , not too narrow . Maybe the shoes need to be made a bit wider for EU western feet ?

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re really pleased you liked the quality and value of the trainers, although we’re sorry to hear the fit wasn’t quite right for you.
Fit can vary between different styles and manufacturers, particularly when it comes to width, so we completely understand how frustrating this can be when buying footwear online. We really appreciate your comments regarding the width and will certainly take your feedback on board when reviewing future ranges.
We’re glad you’ve managed to find a pair that fits you perfectly, and thank you again for your helpful feedback.
