Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the sole wore out much sooner than you expected, especially when the upper is still in such good condition.
We'd really like to look into this for you. Could you please let us know which style of shoe you purchased? If possible, we'd also appreciate it if you could send us a few photos showing the wear on the sole, along with your approximate purchase date.
Once we have those details, we'll be happy to investigate further and see how we can help. Please email : Info@jo&joecollection.co.uk

Excellent value for money
I have found the loafers I bought last year to be so comfy that I purchased another 2 pairs. They are great quality and value for money. The fact that they are also available in wide fitting is a big plus for me.

Update
Update: I am changing my review as the team have replied and were very helpful.
Received the order on time but the shoes are faulty. I emailed customer service straightaway and followed up on it again and have heard nothing! No customer service at all. I guess I have to return and pay for the postage for the poor quality. I would never use them again.

Thank you for your kind words about our sales and customer service team – we're delighted to hear you had a positive experience with us.
We're sorry that the item wasn't the right fit for you. We do understand that paying for return postage can be disappointing. As outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. Returned items are sent at the customer's own cost and responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We also advise keeping proof of postage until the return has been processed.
We appreciate your feedback and hope we'll have the opportunity to assist you again in the future.

Fabulous customer service. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, I phoned them and they were so helpful saying they’d replace them by return of post which they did. The shoes are great quality and really comfortable, can’t fault them.

Quick and easy ordering and delivery…
Quick and easy ordering and delivery service. Downside is that I really wish I could have still purchased my original style of slipper which has lasted me over a year been worn every day and so comfy. New style purchased not such a wide fit and tighter less toe room not comfortable but I will have to keep them as my old ones are falling apart.

Thank you for your review and for choosing our slippers. We're delighted to hear that you found the ordering and delivery process quick and easy.
We're sorry to learn that the new style isn't as comfortable as your previous pair. We understand how disappointing it can be when a much-loved style changes, especially after enjoying the comfort and fit of your original slippers for so long. Your feedback regarding the fit, width, and toe room is greatly appreciated and will be shared with our product team as we continue to review and improve our range.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope your new slippers become more comfortable with wear.
