Do not buy anything from this website. The worst customer service ever.

Trendy spread products are cheap polyester, not a true linen or linen and cotton blend. They have no product label on the items of clothing. They do not want to take returns. They reply to every email saying the size is right and not addressing the reason for return. In addition, the sizes are 2 to 3 times smaller than US sizes.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
I was sent two items that were labelled a size that does not correspond with UK sizes. It was also down as linen and turned out not to be 100% linen- it was not as advertised and they have refused to send an address for returns or to refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

It took a long time before I got my order. I thought I had bought linen but it was almost all polyester, and 3 items were sent instead of the 4 purchased items. Also, the amount of money deducted from my credit card was different than the total mentioned in the confirmation e-mail. OK next time I will read reviews.

Do not order!!! It takes forever to receive items, the material is nothing like the pictures and the sizing is incorrect and inconsistent. When I asked to exchange, I was asked for QR codes. Then I was told that my items were correct. Then I was offered $7 for my inconvenience, but told I could not exchange for items that actually fit. BEWARE!!

I haven’t got my order but I have paid for it. 😢

I’ve just had a recent similar experience to others. I ordered linen tops in good faith and got a synthetic top with no fabric label attached. I paid in US dollars but got Inferior quality and just got fob off emails from the company. I immediately (next day) wanted to return the tops but the company didn’t engage in this process at all and they don’t seem to have any returns policy at all!!
They offered 5 $ to placate me but of course I feel my consumer rights have been violated completely.

Haven’t received items ordered,,, clothes that did arrive, sizes were 4 times too small, wrong color, didn’t match the ad, need to return everything, $240. Can’t get in touch with thier phone number, or the suppprt service. I looked at Facebook, same clothing comes up for sale, under numerous business names, I have snapshot pics of all the clothes, I have been ripped off, Feel that can’t trust any company, for ordering online, , live in an area, no shopping at all, 33 miles to nearest town.

Ordered Linen, got cheap Polyester. Company stated UK based on Facebook but when I wanted to return was told I could only return to China at my expense. Have emailed many times but just being fobbed off with the order was correct. Told to give to someone else or accept $5 & keep item. An allergy prohibits me wearing anything but natural fibres.
Have reported to Facebook for false advertising (don't hold out much hope there) reported to PayPal & reported to UKICC. Steer well clear of these immoral scammers!

Worst service ever!
I ordered 3 tops received them 3 weeks later. I bought the tops on sale but was charged the full price. When I went to cancel the order they said it was a pity because the warehouse had already shipped my order. This was within 15 minutes of placing my order.
The tops did not fit and the quality was sub par. I contacted them asking for their return information.
They told me they sent the correct items and couldn’t accept a return.
I found their return policy online and sent it to them. They said I could only get a refund if I returned the tops. This went on back and fourth for days. They’ve offered me $5-7 USD in refund and said I can give the tops to someone else. This is crazy.

Clearly this is not a business that anyone should be buying from.

I recently placed an order with Trendyspread paid $59 and got no info back. Checked with Tesco credit people and was told it’s a SCAM and will not be able to get my money refunded. This company should not be able to advertise on Facebook.

I made the mistake of buying this dress advertised as Linen but when I received it, it was some cheap poor polyester reproduction:

When I contacted them, they said they would refund only $4 as no returns were allowed.

Thankfully I bought using Pay Pal and they refunded me the in full just from the images I took of the dress received. This company is a scam! Beware!!!!! So dishonest.

**BUYER BEWARE **Their advert offered - "Natural & eco-friendly linen cotton clothing..."

They sent plastic, polyester items which looked NOTHING like their adverts pictures. I bought two items from that advert, and there is no eco-friendly, no linen/cotton, no cotton/linen, no 'natural' clothing.
They offered me to "keep" these items and offered me a $9 refund! I spent $64 on items I didn't order! Then they offered $10, then half!! But why should we pay any money at all whe we have been mis-sold?
Never once have their addressed my questions about their adverts. They keep begging me in emails to "understand", but they refuse to do the same and "understand" their customers.
BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Their pictures promise you one thing, their delivery gives you something totally different!!!
