I bought and paid for a cardigan on the 19th of November and the tracking system dried up on the 19th Dec Seems to me seems like a scam and from South Africa what can I do.It cost me over R1,000 a lot for a pensioner

This company is a scam - I ordered two items but received only one. When I contacted their (terrible) customer support I was told it was arriving in two different packets and was given a tracking link.which was a 404 broken one. After asking for the correct link I was told that there were logistical issues with the website. Coming here to write the reviews I see I am not the only one. Any positive reviews are clearly from the company themselves. DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered from this company on 11/3. I got regular shipping updates until 12/10, then nothing. I contacted the shipping company and trendyspread and they keep telling me the item is enroute. It is now December 28. I don't believe them and they are now non-reponsive. Do not order from them!

Service and delivery is poor and not in keeping with company promises when one buys.

Never again! Paid for my order on Oct 27, 2023. Today is Dec 12 and still haven’t received my order. I’ve tried contacting the seller but only received automated responses which didn’t help at all. Also tried asking for a refund, to no avail. Money thrown in the water

Dress took 5 weeks to arrive. Very disappointed with sizing, ordered 2 sizes above but it was more like 2 sizes below

I ordered two dresses almost two months ago, I have not received my order nor head from them. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering

Ordered these cute looking tights according to their size measurements. Item received.....the sizing is way off, the stitching is loose and flling apart and the fabric is cheap garbage. I have contacted 'customer (no) service' and seem to go round and round in circles. My advice, keep away from this place. Cheap garbage.

Nooit meer iets bestellen bij zo'n winkel. Het is al kapot als het uit de verpakking komt. Alle letters laten los.

Exactly the same as the other reviews, they say easy returns but actually they make it impossible to return anything! I wish I had read the reviews first!

Ordered a sweatshirt but material is silk?? They say easy returns if you are not satisfied that is far from the truth. I would not recommend using this company ever again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS Company!!!!!

This company is a total scam. Like other people who have left a review. I was sent the wrong product : different style and different, inferior material. The company insisted they had sent the correct product despite sending photographs of the product on the website and the product delivered.
Facebook should not allow such companies to advertise.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. 50% of my order was incorrect. The dress came in the wrong color and 2 of the tops were completely wrong. I provided them with copy of original order, photos of what I actually received, and the QR code from the bags (per their request).

They kept insisting that the QR codes were correct; therefore, the order was correct.

Worst online order experience EVER. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

I must say, I am very disappointed. I had trust in shop and products.
I never met a webshop that does not accept returning goods. It is very normal, even in case of dislike or for no reason.
This is what they say:

"If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 45 days from receiving your order."

It means they cheat your customers. It is not fair.
I am not happy with the products and I wished to return items, contacted them the very next day, and they simply refused my wish.

If I have the opportunity to give 0, I would do it. It is a fraud company and DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I bought stuff as they said it was cotton and looked nice online, what what we received was a all synthetic and very low quality product (I cannot even call it a dress). And they dont accept return of the product as well.

Totally disaster!

Absolutely useless company, says you can return the goods but then they don't want you to return it saying I ordered the size and it's not there fault. They do come up small and they do not sit properly on the neck and arms. The quality is terrible, the print cheap, wish I had read the other reviews first. They offered me $5 to keep them, I spent $100. I want the money back! They don't want toi give it to me, still argueing with them as I right this.
DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCTS, THEY ARE CRAP!

Beware! Don´t order from them! The order should cost 163 USD, but they took 40USD beyond. It took long time for them to answer why, the told me it was something wrong on the system. I complained about the quality, it says "cottonblend" and it´s a unbreathable material and the sizes doesn´t match the table so they are to small. They put the 40USD back and wrote: Hope you can accept it and take the order. IT WAS MY MONEY the gave back! It´s a joke!

I purchased a small HD camera for the car for $44 . Total junk purchase from China through Facebook
Did not know that after 7 days it couldn’t be returned if it broke or too difficult to read extremely, extremely small instructions (also in chinese). Very polite customer service, but very ineffective customer service.
A star rating of 1 is an exaggeration!

Order was a butterfly skeleton dress, received a naked woman dress.... NOT happy, waist of money... and size is way to small....

Not even worth 1 star. Misleading sizing and extremely poor customer service.
