Still not received and no correspondence. Over a month

Received wrong size, still they tried to make me pay for return or keep the product with a partial refund. Had to threaten with issuing a chargeback through credit card company before they refunded in full.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !

I have ordered 2 shirts and the first one did not look like the picture at all - made in china and terrible quality. And the 2nd never came they sent me a wrong shirt full of colors which I have never ordered. Those people are are thief - lost my MONEY.

Worse site ever. Avoid at any cost.

The quality is terrible, with crooked seams and sewing patterns. The material is cheap synthetic instead of promised linen and cotton. Delivered from China as per the address on the parcel, not US, as shown on the website and tracking information.

THIS IS FRAUD!!!
This company is marketing cotton or linen clothes.
But in reality they send you polyester clothes
Clothes are wrong measures – 10-20 cm different than promised in their web page.
I wrote to support e-mail, sent them pictures with measuring tape asking them to return my money and instructions about returning products.
But they just ignore.

Horrendous quality, my top was ordered as an XL but would not even fit my daughter who is a size 10.
The top was supposed to be cotton, it was not.
Made inHong Kong, some disgusting synthetic fabric which reeked of chemicals.
DO NOT PURCHASE, it took over 14weeks to arrive and I have thrown it in the bin.

Do not buy anything from this company I ordered 2 supposedly cotton/linen dresses for £72, they came & are not cotton or linen they are cheap viscose material with threads hanging off them. The quality is so poor I did not even bother to try them on. I live in the UK. Contacted the company every day for a week as per the refund policy & no response. I had a response from the carrier company who said they delivered what I ordered. No response on the refund. I have reported them to Trading Standards given they say on their website that their company office is Cardiff.

I’m not making this a long one. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY buy nothing from them.

Ordered a bra on Dec.30 2022 it's now March of 2023 still haven't seen the bra. But it's ok I got scammed but there is a special place in hell for them

I placed 2 orders the same day and each order I was charged a different amount and it took just over a month to receive them. I told them not to ship one of the orders before it was shipped and they still shipped it to me
They are nothing like what was shown in the photo or in the description. I do not want it and I do not like it. I bought these as a gift for someone and to be honest, I would be embarrassed to give this away, it looks very cheap. The material is very shiny and the color reminds me of a penny, looks like copper. I wouldn't even consider wearing this on a spring day as the material is so thin. I contacted their customer service and that was a joke. I paid over $40 for this and they offered to refund me $3.00, yep $3! When I told him it wasn't good enough he then said "I am really sorry for your dissatisfaction.And i am willing to increase your compensation to 5USD at my own expense.But this is the maximum amount I can give you. After all, my salary is not a lot."
I couldn't believe it! I could only speak them via email, they would not give me a number to call. This is now my 3rd review I posted on their website, the first two must have been deleted. This one might get deleted too.

I like many others ordered two tops. One arrived which was way to small, bust was fine hips (obviously Chinese don't have them) were way to small. I contacted them as there was no point in sending the other top as that would be to small too. Here is their response. Thanks for your email.
As we checked, the item you received is correct.
We checked it with our warehouse and it is the one you ordered.
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience.
May we refund you 3 USD as compensation?
Thanks for your kind understanding. You do not want to hear my response to their reply. It is no wonder that people become so anti Asians. Clearly they are scammers.....I would avoid if I was you

I ordered an XL dress and they shipped a size L. I emailed them the original order which states size XL.
This is one of their responses
"But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order.
So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others?
They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years."
They made the mistake and want me to bear the financial burden of their mistake.
Another email from Trendyspread states "
But we can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard.
Sorry for that return or exchange can't be supported when your order has no quality issues.
We are so sorry that you don't like our product and we will report this to our manufacturer and urge them to improve."

I ordered one bra, get two free on January 6, 2023. It is now February 15th, and I still have not received it. I don't know how to contact them as I see no address for them. It is my conclusion Treadyspread has scammed me. What do I do now to receive my money back? I paid through my bank.

An order I made was supposedly delivered by Canada post into my community mailbox.
There was no package and no key to get the package out of the larger box. I made a official complaint against canada post. They investigated but didn't fund the item. I was told that the seller has to make a claim against them. I wrote them an email explaining the situation. But even after several emails back and forth, they are unwilling to do this. Therfore I'm out the money now to no fault of my own.

Scammers, liars, I'm going to report you everywhere now, that you are scammers, liars, that you deceive people, that the goods yea are completely different, than I will definitely write a bad review about the store, ordered such a product and received this different piece . the material is rough and of poor quality

No product received but payment collected. Made a fraud report with Bank and after 10 days still waiting for some kind of answer. Have also notified Instagram of scam since this is where I saw the product.

Received my order after6 weeks. Junk.Their idea oh a sweatshirt was a 35% cotton, 65%polyester long sleeved shirt. Very thin and the picture was washed out and ugly

Still haven't received my order of Dec 19th! So disappointed 😞

Terrible still waiting for my delivery from Dec. it is now Jan . I will call my bank to get my money back. Trendy does not even email me to say there is a delay. Must be a scam like other people say online.I real trusted them. Not now, can’t even email them.
