I shopped atTrendhim a very first time. I liked it how they have limited stock with each n every item is unique. Very clear product details. Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Trendhim.
I returned an item following their instructions and provided a tracking number. The package stopped being tracked in transit, meaning it will never reach the destination — something that unfortunately can happen with carriers.
Since then, their AI customer service keeps repeating that I will only be refunded once the item arrives, which is impossible. I have explicitly asked to speak with a real person, but I only receive the same automated responses over and over again.
No refund, no human support, no resolution.
I’m posting this to warn future customers:
---- if anything goes wrong with a return or delivery, you may be completely blocked by an AI-only support system, with no way to escalate or get help.
This is extremely frustrating and not acceptable for an online retailer. Think twice before ordering.

Misleading and subpar.
Misleading and subpar. Very disappointed.
Items from PRC (CHINA!), not from Denmark.
Additional Taxes/Tariffs to pay (Was not informed).
Bought the MAMUT watch and 2 Silver bracelets. Was expecting better "DANISH" quality, finishing, and packaging. Also, could not use/apply the advertised cashback (first order were the bracelets then the watch)! Very disappointing.

There in holland! Takes forever. Than you get 20 buck import tax on your 100 buck order.
It was so long ago I cant remember when I ordered them. Over a month easy. They make it look like your ordering from a Canadian company. ca. (it’s deliberatly deceptive)until you put it through and find out their in Denmark. I would never order underwear from Europe. I’m not Elon Musk. I think I Ordered 12. Got 9. Not sure why I would order such a weird number. Anyhow pakage wasnt even closed really so anyone could have pinched from the box on the way. No tape nada. Worst shipping package bar none. Amazing it made it all. Handling (for what?) and duty added 27 bucks to a 100 dollar bill. And there to tight and obviously your not able to return it without another massive hassle. Weird thing. I oredered a winter over coat and I noticed after i bought they were in Morroco. 118 bucks so Im expecting to never see my money or coat. It arrives, looks truly awesome and no surprises on the money. Go figure

Le bracelet pour homme est vraiment court , j’ai du mal à le fermer sur mon poignet de femme (quand même gros).
J’ai essayé d’écrire pour le dire sur votre site et ça ne fonctionnait pas. Comme j’ai payé 35$ de frais de port et manutention et que ça été très long à recevoir, je n’ai pas envie de payer d’autres frais pour un retour

Shipping process is a nightmare
Ordered an item on December 14th as a gift for Christmas. The useless tracking said it had been shipped to Canada on December 16th , and continued to say it was still in Denmark . Finally arrived in Canada on December 29th, and received at my address on December 31rst. Customer service was responsive but absolutely uninformative. I paid 13% sales tax to Trendium , then upon arrival Canada customs assessed a 10% duty charge and another 13% HST. The whole experience was terrible. They should ship items using a courier , not the unreliable postal service. They should also be clear about taxes and duty charges. I ended up paying $120.00 duty/taxes, on a $317.00 item.
