Avoid if you expect them to honor their custom fees reimbursement
Avoid if you expect them to honor their Customs Reimbursement policy
I ordered rings for my son, and while the product itself is fine, the "Customs Reimbursement" process has been an absolute nightmare. We had to exchange the ring twice to get the sizing right, paying $29.80 in customs fees each time. (Total $59.60)
Although TrendHim advertises a policy to reimburse these fees, actually getting that money back has been impossible. I have exchanged over 25 emails with their support team over the last two months and the company who handles the custom fees for them. Despite providing a specimen check for my bank details and a SWIFT code verified by my bank, they continually claim the information is "incorrect." Even after providing a PayPal account as a last resort, I am still waiting.
A policy like this should be a smooth, flawless process. Instead, it feels like a deliberate hurdle meant to discourage customers from actually claiming their money. Deeply disappointed in this lack of professionalism.
Won't ever order from them. They have beautiful environmental policy, fair trade, employment policy and so on, but to process reimbursement of custom fees in a reasonable manner... Not so much.

2 bracelets arrived without being able…
2 bracelets arrived without being able to open them so they are useless. 2 bracelets broke thd first day wesring them. Paying a duty fee is ridiculous. Won't order from you again.

The delivery of my bracelet
The delivery of my bracelet was super fast.....I believe less than a week. I have somewhat mixed feelings with respect to the bracelet, however. The color is beautiful but the links that separate the stones look dull in comparison. The price was a bit on the steep side-almost $80 all in. I don't like to be picky but you deserve an honest reply.

If you’re from Canada, don’t bother. Duty fees were 49 something almost 50 dollars. I paid way too much money for steel jewelry. Also, the ring was slightly big and I know I’m a size 8. The jewelry is nice, but not 200 dollars nice.

While we take care of the standard tax fees during your purchase, customs authorities can sometimes impose additional import duties which are beyond our control. Products are great and arrived ahead of promised date. My only concern is that although I ordered on a .ca site I had to pay duties and taxes after the fact. This needs to be upfront rather than a ‘surprise’ later.
Just to add to this - after reviewing the Trendhim service using the TrustPilot suvery tool, I have received over 100 emails from TrustPilot - something is VERY BROKEN. I am not able to block the unwanted emails. As a result, I would strongly recommend that Canadian customers avoid buying from Trendhim and certainly NEVER RESPOND TO A TRUSTPILOT SURVEY.

I was disappointed that Canada Customs charged me additional $ for import duties and taxes. I reported this to Trendhim and they are acting to reimburse me fully . That warrants a 6 star rating!!!!
