Tarnishes within a week.
First.... I ordered a ring for my partner thinking it's Canadian website... because of the .ca... paid for custom fee of $30.
Also not even a week of wearing the ring it tarnished. I spent $99 + tax + custom fee... it's a joke! Better to buy stainless steel from Temu for $3 and expect it to tarnish.

J’aurais apprécié que cette information soit indiquée plus clairement sur le site ou qu’un avertissement apparaisse au moment de l’achat.

Je suis très déçu. Je suis au Canada et j’ai utilisé le site trendhim.ca. J’ai aussi payé en argent CAD. Je croyais donc utiliser une entreprise canadienne.
Grande mauvaise surprise, à la livraison j’ai du payer des frais de douane.
Ces frais n’étaient pas annoncés sur le site internet, ou du moins pas de manière explicite.
Je ne referai pas affaire avec trendhim, désolé!

Trendhim est une entreprise danoise, et je suis sincèrement désolée que cela n’ait pas été suffisamment clair lorsque vous avez passé votre commande. Je comprends parfaitement à quel point il peut être frustrant de devoir payer des frais supplémentaires auxquels vous ne vous attendiez pas.
Les frais de douane eux-mêmes sont malheureusement gérés par Postes Canada et les autorités douanières canadiennes. Il ne s’agit donc pas de frais que nous facturons ou sur lesquels nous avons le moindre contrôle.
Cependant, nous aimerions tout de même vous aider à couvrir ces frais. Nous vous invitons à contacter notre équipe du service client à l’adresse info@trendhim.ca et à nous envoyer une photo du reçu correspondant aux frais de douane, ainsi que vos coordonnées bancaires. Nous pourrons alors organiser le remboursement de ces frais pour vous. 😊
Nous avons également essayé de vous contacter via Trustpilot afin de vous demander votre numéro de commande et votre adresse e-mail, pour pouvoir vous joindre directement et vous aider à résoudre ce problème, mais nous n’avons malheureusement pas reçu ces informations.

I originally left a 1-star review after the veneer on a watch display box—a milestone 18th birthday gift for my son—began peeling three months past its 2-year warranty period. Given the timing and minimal use, I was deeply disappointed and assumed I was simply out of luck. I was shocked by Trendhim's response (in a good way). After seeing my review, their team invited me to contact customer support, which I did. CS representative Alina handled my case with rare generosity. Rather than hiding behind warranty fine print, Alina immediately offered to arrange a brand-new replacement watch box free of charge, and told me not to bother sending back my damaged item. In this day and age, finding a company that prioritizes long-term customer satisfaction and stands behind its products over technicalities is extraordinarily rare. Trendhim completely turned my perception around. I could not be more impressed with their customer care.

I am pleased with the product. Sizing is perfect and I am glad I followed the suggested size for each individual bracelet. Delivery was easy to track.The only downside to the experience, I did have to pay an extra $5.64 for duty, $12.94 for taxes and $9.95 for a handling fee for a total of an extra $28.53. Trendhim contacted me and immediately offered the reimbursement, great customer service.

Another cheap overpriced “genuine” leather item from China. Has the Chinese factory name branded on it too.
Very unhappy with it. Might as well order from alibaba or temu. Duties were half the price of the item.

I did two orders within two weeks of…
I did two orders within two weeks of each other. The second one came through quickly, but the first one took an additional two weeks to arrive and ended up going through customs and I was charged duty. Where is the note duty on the first one. Wondering if there’s a different way they could be labelled so there is no Canadian customs duty.
