Arrived in faro airport
Arrived in faro airport. Driver was late. Said he had to get a puncture repaired. Driving down the road he stopped in a petrol station to pump the tire. We made it 2km down the road and the tire was flat. We were on a busy motorway. I got out and it appeared somebody attempted to repair the sidewall of the tire with a bicycle repair patch which is illegal and extremely dangerous. He messed with the tire for 20 mins until we got going again. He got the location wrong and seemed upset as if it was our fault. He got his directions from booking.com. He also mentioned going back to the airport for another collection and no intention of getting the tire fixed.

Dear Mr/Ms. Jack Madigan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We are truly sorry to learn about your experience during your transfer from Faro Airport. The situation you described is deeply concerning, particularly the vehicle arriving late due to a tire issue, the repeated stops to inflate the tire, and the apparent use of an unsafe tire repair. We fully understand how distressing and unsafe this must have felt, especially while traveling on a busy motorway.
We also sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your destination and for any unprofessional behavior you experienced from the driver. This is not the level of service or safety that we expect from our operating partners.
Please be assured that we take your comments very seriously. We have escalated this matter to our local operating partner for an immediate investigation, with particular attention to the vehicle's roadworthiness, the driver's conduct, and compliance with our safety standards. Appropriate action will be taken based on the findings.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our service and ensure the safety of all our passengers.
Should you wish to provide any additional information, please feel free to contact us at npu@travelthru.com with your booking details.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for your experience. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to address this matter.
Kind regards,

We are delighted to hear that you had a wonderful trip and that you found everything to be well organized. It is especially rewarding to know that our team helped make your experience enjoyable.
We also sincerely appreciate your thoughtful suggestions. We understand how having an English-speaking driver or guide who can share insights about Thai culture and the places you visit would make the journey even more engaging and memorable. Your feedback regarding more detailed guiding at the attractions is equally valuable.
