Perfect service
We used this service for transport from Faro airport to Albufeira. Our driver was amazing, he message me the day before to introduce himself and give details of where to meet etc. He was there waiting when we landed and we got stuck in security queues but he waited patiently. We messaged him when we were at the meeting point and he came to us within 5 minutes. He was very polite and friendly, helped with luggage and even came with bottled water for us. He let my teenage children pick their music for the journey. The car was comfortable, very clean and he drove safely. Overall an excellent service was provided and great value for money.

Safety “First”
All the personnel was very friendly and effective and the trip was smooth, however, i specifically requested a child Seat for my youngest kid and a booster for my “oldest” (it was in the reservation) and the Van was only equipped with a toddler Seat which was too small anyway.
Safety is important and so is promising something and not maintaining it.

We fully understand your concerns. Child safety is extremely important, and we recognize that failing to provide the requested equipment, especially when it was clearly included in your reservation, fell short of the service we promised you.
We are also very sorry that the child seat provided was not suitable for your youngest child. This should have been checked and arranged correctly before your transfer.
