Great prices but a few layers to work through
I hire 6-8 cars a year and they consistently supply the best prices. They are a purely a website that sometimes lay off to the car brokers who then give you the actual car hire company e.g. you hire a car in Girona Stress Free Car hire are the agents but you actually hire your car from Drivalas Espanya. If you ok with this , which i am then nearly always a good experience

Misleading Website
Please be mindful that at the top of the website is says "Gatwick Hotels with Parking" in big bold letters but there are tabs underneath that take you directly to the hotel only option. Realised immediately after booking but it cannot be cancelled. I dont want others to make this very costly mistake. I feel there should be a cool off period of a couple of hours that can be used if there is a genuine mistake based on a misleading website. Costumer services unable to help me other than offering expensive parking options to add on.

Well went to site to get few quotes but only gives me options to book with holiday extra - that is one of most expensive options out there for parking anyway ..it parades itself as travel supermarkets offering best deals but yet is really an additional holidays extras site .. very deceiving..

Hi Daiva
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I’m sorry you felt disappointed with your experience.
To clarify, Holiday Extras is currently our exclusive partner for airport parking, which is why you only see their options when you search on our site. We aim to make it quick and easy to book parking alongside other travel extras in one place, and we’ll review how we explain this to make sure it’s as clear as possible.
Your feedback helps us improve, and we really appreciate you letting us know.
Thanks
