Total disgraceful company
Booked and paid for a honeymoon holiday for our son to sandals Saint Lucia…2 wks before, tried to get boarding passes NOTHING on our paperwork matched up (we had no contact numbers)so after contacting bank cos we thought we’d been scammed OMG the fun started…ROSE-MARIE THE LIES THAT WERE TOLD! The holiday had been cancelled by them but they made out it hadn’t right up to an hour before the wedding they were saying call off the claim and you’ll get your documents!!!… we’re now home no honeymoon and they have all our money!…which we’re now trying to get back…disgraceful behaviour BEWARE! BTW couldn’t give no stars

specific travel date
The most frustrating issue is that when I set a specific travel date, the application automatically changes it to a different one without my consent. I do not have the option to search strictly for the exact date I selected.
Additionally, the app changes the departure airport even when I clearly choose a different one. This makes the search results unreliable and not aligned with my preferences.
At this point, I cannot recommend using the app, as it feels like a waste of time searching on your platform. If you improve the functionality so that the system respects the exact date and departure airport selected by the user, I may reconsider my opinion in the future.

Might look cheaper but............
There is bound to be a holiday to be found using our criteria but it is just not easy to find, by the time you find something you think you want and go through the motions you realize all the added extras are going to cost too much, or the number of days has changed or the board, I just got fed up of searching, not for me.

Quick, easy and stress-free holiday comparison
I've used icelolly.com a number of times over recent years to help me find the best possible holiday deal. I like how quick and easy it is to compare offers from all the leading travel brands in one place at the same time rather than going to each company individually and then trying to figure out where I can get the cheapest one. Trustworthy and user friendly
I recently used icelolly.com to search for our summer family holiday. I was able to easily compare the hotels in Turkey with the dates we were looking to go and found a bargain at the cheapest price too! Got my booking confirmation through and looking forward to going now! Will defo use icelolly again.

I struggled finding the best prices for…a trip to Lapland.
I struggled finding the best prices for a trip to Lapland, as various sites I visited had differing hotels, dates, duration etc...I used icelolly.com and got a true comparison across several companies and found the best possible price for the date I wanted to visit. Far easier, all in one place, would highly recommend for ease.

I understand your frustration, however we do have a filter within our search bar where you can choose Belfast City and Belfast International as your preferred departure airport.
This will then filter deals departing from just these airports! I hope this helps and hopefully you can find a great deal for your ideal holiday.
