We used Travel SoS for a last minute family trip to Butlins Minehead. They catered to all the needs we had and ensured everything went smoothly. The minibus was spotless, all staff that I spoke to were extremely polite and professional. Our driver Shanelle was fantastic. 100% recommend and will be using there services again

I booked SOS travel for a day out at Chepstow races for a party of 19. They provided a first class fairly priced service and the Mini Coach was top quality.

What a gentleman Usman is. We were a touring team from SA. From the get go Usman went out of his way to help us. Drivers were very skilled, polite, pleasant and always on time. Usman and his team went the extra mile to accomadate us. Highly recommend his company for your travel services.

We booked an Executive 20 seater minibus with Travel SOS for a family event to Manchester and back. The entire service from the initial enquiry to the return journey itself was fantastic. We were even able to use our children's boosters seats for additional safety.

Excellent service from our drivers! Plenty of communication between the driver and I. We travelled to Birmingham airport as a group of 9 the mini bus was clean and had plent of space. We were slightly delayed on the way back but the driver kept an eye on our flight number which put us all at ease. Would 100% recommend I’ll never travel to the airport any other way!

Was an amazing experience, both drivers were super helpful and friendly, helping me (who has an disability ) in and out of the coach. Stopping when we needed to stretch our legs and getting us to our location on time and safely definitely will be using them again

I enquired about airport transport via email and received a speedy response.

The price was cheaper than other companies that I had used before.

We had to add passengers to our mini bus and the cost for this was better than we expected, with no real price increase for those who had already booked to travel with us.

I found the text messages from the team a great way of contacting them, as I always got a timely response.

I had to change the pick up address at short notice and this was accommodated by the team.

We had drivers Umar for our journey to the airport and Shadur on our return journey.

Both drivers texted/ WhatsApp messaged me before our journey, which was great.

Both drivers were on time, polite and friendly, our drive to the airport was quicker than expected and we arrived with time to spare.

On the way back I had forgotten to inform the company of the change of address for drop off. Shadur was very accommodating and insisted that this was not an inconvenience to him. I was so grateful.

The service we received was fantastic and I will be using Travel SOS again and I will also be telling my friends and family about the company.
