Travel SOS were so helpful in arranging with a very last-minute request for a business tour with a busy itinerary and a number of stop-offs. They were quick and clear in their responses to our enquiry and itinerary, the minibus was smart, clean and comfortable and the driver pleasant and accommodating. They helped the event run smoothly and on time. Would definitely recommend!

Professional, punctual and friendly service.

We used TravelSOS for a transfer to and from Terminal 3 at Heathrow airport. They were communicative throughout the whole booking process. Shanelle was our driver both times and she was very pleasant, polite, and professional. I would be more than happy and confident to use them again for future trips and airport transfers.

We used this company for airport transfers from our home to Heathrow and was nervous from the start. As we have never use this type of thing before we was immediately put at ease and I cannot fault this service at all. It was excellent from start to finish very professional and communication was excellent all the way through. I cannot recommend these enough and if anyone is worried about using them for the first time and whether the company will be there to pick you back up, please don’t worry it is an excellent service and we will definitely be using them again. we had six people with a large case and a small case each and a wheelchair and they very kindly gave us a 12 seater minibus which was more than an airport. The journey was comfortable and the driver excellent. We had the same driver to pick us back up , which was explained that doesn’t always happen, but we were glad to see him. Thank you very much for an excellent service. We will definitely be back.
