Driver Ali was very friendly, responsive and helpful, we had an organised a day out in the Peak District with about 5 families that included Dove Dale and Matlock Bath. I would definitely use him again.

We hired a 16 seater minibus for a daytrip to Hampshire. The booking team are very polite and helpful and made the whole process easy. The minibus itself was stylish and new, lovely and clean and very comfortable. We had a wonderful female driver who was very accommodating and professional. Overall a great experience. Would certainly book again.

We used Travel SOS to take our team from Birmingham to London and back again. The mini bus was very spacious, clean and comfy. Our driver Yasser was so accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much effort. We will use Travel SOS again.

Travel SOS, reply very quick, and always accommodate any requests. the driver on the day, was very polite and very very thoughtful to my residents ( who have mobility issues) so he did not rush them at all. i have booked Travel SOS several times, and would highly reccommend.

Used Travel SOS for a corporate day at Ascot Races yesterday , Usman accommodated 3 different pick ups for us and kept me up to date through out the process, the minibus was luxury and I would highly recommend. Drivers were superb as well ! Going forward will only be using these guys .

We had a return flight to bali from Heathrow and I'm always sceptical about airport taxis that they won't turn up, you hear the horror stories.

I booked sos and it was so simple, paid my.deposit, had the reminder to pay promptly thrn the day before I received my drivers details who actually got in touch. Driver was bang on time at both sides and got us home safely, wouldn't use another taxi company for airport transfers again

Not only was the coach a luxury but our lovely driver Shad made us all feel welcomed! We had a smooth journey and easy communication, would recommend to all :)

Recommended coach hire service. Everything from the booking to travel was brilliant. The journey was smooth and minibus was nice and clean and the trip was a lot shorter than expected.
The driver also patiently waited afterwards due to some of the girls being stuck in the queue for one of the rides.

I used Travel SOS for a fundraising event for Acorns Children's Hospice, driving us overnight to Pen Y Fan and back to the Midlands. The service was brilliant throughout, Usman and Rangy were really helpful in setting up the booking and adapting our route to meet our needs.

We had two drivers as we were traveling overnight and both Ali and Shad were great, really friendly and professional and chatting to our guests. Travel SOS even offered us a cheaper solution when we confirmed our final numbers which was really great of them.

The price was very competitive and the service was great. I would really recommend using Travel SOS and we'll definitely use them again in the future.

Based on your presale and Shanelle's delivery, I'll not bother to ever use any other coach company when we need to.
