Solo travel to Krakow
I dealt with an assistant called Joanna who was fantastically helpful. She sorted out various options for a solo traveler trip to Krakow. She sorted excursions and built everything into the tour price. Couldn't thank her enough and will definitely be looking to use this company (and Joanna) when booking future holidays....

Family ski holiday
I had an excellent experience with Travelgates UK, thanks to Rebecca’s outstanding customer service. From start to finish, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

First experience with this company
First experience with this company. Booked with the lovely Hannah a few days ago for our first trip to Japan and Bali.
