My husband and I have just returned from holiday in Lake Maggiore Italy. 12th to 19th October.We had really enjoyable holiday. Hotel Beau Rivage was excellent near village centre, cafes and boat dock. Tours were interesting and relaxed. Our three couriers, Anna Barbara and Carolyn were caring, informative, friendly and efficient. A big thank you Travel Department.

Extremely well organised trip from start to finish with vists to incredible sites and monuments.
Really excellent tour guide, Sanjeev Kumar, who added so much to the overall experience with his organisation skills, huge knowledge of the sites we visited and also India as a country and insights into culture and society etc were fascinating. Sanjeev also made the whole trip seamless and
fun for us but I’m sure he did huge amounts in the background to make this happen!
Highly recommended this tour.

The travel guide made the holiday exceptional

I found all inclusive excellent.
Include food and drinks.
I think you should do more offers with all inclusive

One of the best hotels I have stayed in with the Travel Department. Very friendly and central to everything. Guides were extremely helpful and the tours were very good.

We had a brilliant trip to Vietnam. It was a fabulous experience despite the monsoon rain! Our guide Jimmy Chung was fantastic- I think he is the best guide we've ever had. He was welcoming, helpful, professional and knowledgeable with a brilliant sense of humour! We also met lovely people on our trip- as we always do on The Travel Department holidays! Looking forward to our next trip.

Just home from a fabulous all inclusive trip to Montenegro. Stayed in Iberostar Bellevue Hotel, beautifully located on long beach, spotlessly clean, comfortable room, three restaurants, great food, swimming pools/sun loungers in lovely grounds and also on the beach if you prefer. Playground/pool for children, entertainment every night from 9.00p.m.-11.00p.m. Great trips to stunning locations and a wonderful courier to answer all your queries. Extremely well organised by the Travel Department - all I had to do was turn up at the airport ! Already planning next holiday, with Travel Department of course.

The weather was good.We stayed in a lovely hotel for the duration of our trip.We had very interesting trips.Our drivers and guide were excellent. We had a nice group of people.

Enis was a fabulous guide for our tour of Dubrovnik, hotel was nice and clean breakfast really good. Some days dinner left a little to be desired but there were plenty of options nearby.

This trip was far above my expectations in so many ways! The care received from our guide, amazing driver and coach assistant was excellent and after a few days it was as if we had known each other for ages! From day one it was clear that giving us an unforgettable experience was their priority which they really did fulfil! The Hotels were all of a very good standard as was the delicious food served and additional extras like a pool etc.
The transfers to new destinations were seamless with the opportunity to hear information and learn more about what we were about to see and experience when we arrived. All our questions were welcomed and always answered fully.
The unforgettable sites we visited far exceeded my expectations in displaying the numerous talents of Indian people throughout the decades. Each building, carving, painting, tiling had been created with love and such breathtaking beauty by those involved.
Well worth every rupee for an experience of a lifetime and I intend returning!

From once we arrived at our destination everything ran smoothly and on time. The hotel was great and a beautiful view to wake up to every morning, food was good and the guide was excellent. The tours was very good and enjoyable. Best holiday.

The tour guide was great. Very helpful great knowledge.

Tanya our guide was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed her Greek mythology stories. She was very informative about times to be ready each day and carried out our transfers in a professional manner even taking us as far as security in airport on our return flight. She also gave us times for meals in hotels and a run down of services provided by hotels. She provided details regarding activities that may be of interest on our free time.
