Couldn’t get through on the phone as waiting endlessly in queue. Eventually had to email them to get someone to ring me. By the time they had come back the holiday had gone up by 25%!
Nadya who I spoke with was excellent and was able to get me the same deal but on different dates. Need to sort out the telephone queuing maybe by allowing a call back option.

The collaboration between Sunway and RTC has been a huge success especially on the Agadir trips. Laila as the local rep is an absolute angel; she looks after everyone so well. The booking process was fast and effortless and the staff were so knowledgeable too. I was so delighted with my first Sunway trip to Morocco that I've rebooked to go again in 5weeks time.

I find the staff very helpful and friendly on the phone, they explain everything to you dont rush you when speaking to you. If you need to ask question regarding holiday or travel arrangement the have the answers.

Great variety of locations and accommodations. Easy to select flights that suited me and have the option of transfers to and from airport

Sunway representative, Norma was very helpful.She provided all the information required and in a friendly and timely manner.
I found the Sunway site difficult to navigate and needed to keep skipping from one page to another to get the information I needed re Sunway holidays. I didn't realise from the site that Sunway offers travel under different names e.g Mackin travel, Wendy Woo etc.

First time to book with Sunway. I found booking process very easy.
