I booked a flight with Jonathan Carter…
I booked a flight with Jonathan Carter through Travcart for Kuwait Airways. I was only given three days’ notice that my original flight had been cancelled. I was then offered a replacement flight that would cost a fortune.
I found the whole experience extremely frustrating and disappointing. A travel agent should communicate important changes as early as possible and help customers find a reasonable alternative.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Jonathan Carter or Travcart. Please be cautious and consider your options carefully before booking with them

Never honour their price advertised.
I tried on several occasions to book flights to Thailand through Travcart via the Kayak platform. Each time after entering all the required details my payment was refused. A phone call then soon follows within minutes from an Indian guy with an English name. The explanation is always the same that the airline have increased the price and there are no seats left at the price advertised. They then try and sell you different flights with a different airline. After declining their offers i booked elsewhere. Days later they are still advertising the same flights at the same low price. It's a disgrace that Kayak are allowing this sham.

Roger was great
Roger was great. The journey was important but I was hesitant to book the flight. Roger was very, very patient with me, as he took his time to explain and search for the right ticket for me. His calmness and genuine concern that I wanted to abort the journey because of money touched me. AVOID AT ALL COST - WHAT THEY ADVERTISE IS NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF WHAT THEY ASK YOU TO PAY AT THE END ‼️❌
When we tried to book the tickets online their system failed and within minutes we received 4 calls from Mark Henry, an Indian chap, in the middle of the night, to discuss booking which was very unprofessional and inappropriate.
The tickets were advertised for £915 pp and sometimes £955 pp and after our online booking failed and not picking the calls, Mark Henry emailed to say we had to pay £1,257.00 pp instead as the tickets had gone up just before we purchased. But weirdly, on checking again on Cheap flights website and Skyscanner, the ticket were still available for £955pp. (As I type this 15 hours after our attempt to purchase the tickets for £955pp, and after being called by a private number by Mark Henry to say we have to pay the £1,257.00pp instead, Travcart currently have the tickets advertised for £855pp 🥺 - Very odd!)
