Great having experienced advisors and access to carriers' booking engines with agent-only pricing…
Great having someone with experience and access to the long haul carriers' sites and pricing. They were also helpful after the sale and it's great having someone to speak to in the UK rather than chatbots or websites or overseas call centres.
Slight concern with the hard sell to pay straight away, but I guess some people go off and search the same flights themselves and negotiate with someone else. It would also have been useful if the seats and special assistance was sorted upon paying, and advice that tourist visas are needed for Brits to go to Australia.
