I received an item with a missing piece. Customer service said I had to return it. They couldn't send the missing part. 4th item I've had a problem with from amazon. Have to keep driving to return items. Can just as well drive to the shop to buy what I need. Ebay have much better customer service. Have only been using amazon for 2 months and more problems in 2 months than I've had with ebay in 13 years. Amazon is definitely not worth it.

Missing item from my parcel and Amazon refuse to help me. The parcel was sealed and all other items in the order were there except one. When I spoke to Amazon they tell me I have to contact the police and get a report number. No I'm not contacting the police and wasting their time for an item that Amazon has clearly not put into the box. When I spoke to the team leader they said the same that I have to report it to the police even when I explained all of the details it's like he couldn't be bothered to listen and just sent the same reply over and over again. Totally useless it's no wonder I shop on eBay more now.

YET AGAIN - employed unvetted driver.

Not only did the driver not bother with the stairs, he (I assume) did not even leave the A road - 100 yards away!

Yeat again a claim of handing to resident - from over a hundred yards away at 30+ mph!

The cretin forgot to disable GPS - the tracking showed he was nowhere near here all day!

IRC (I am deaf, no phone calls) "refer me to a specialist team" EVERY TIME - I get a generic email suggesting I use the method I did use - no mention of my lost order.

AND to add insult to injury - WHEN I made formal complaints, I was informed they would be handled by the MISOGYNISTS I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT!

With Fulfilled by amazon you can ask the original seller for a refund. SOLD by amazon - forget it, lying cheating thieveing they are ... (unfriendly language withheld)!

Package left outside front door...telling the world that the house is empty and the package is there for the taking. Driver LIEd and recorded "Package handed to customer." Amazon PRIME denies all responsibility and refuses to discuss.

I am a regular customer at Amazon but quite recently delivery drivers leave parcel at front door and run away from property and add on delivery that parcel handed to customer. This has been reported to Amazon several times from me but they are not interested to take further to improve this. Anyone could steel my parcel from outside and I have nothing to left to complaint. This is very misleading from Amazon.

Amazon is sinking to new lows by actively misleading customers. When you put products in your basket, a delivery date of a few days appears. After you confirm the order, the delivery date changes to a MONTH away!
This was my first cautious return after a bad experience a couple of months ago when I had to get my bank to intervene after scamazon refused to refund me for failing to deliver 2 orders, which they fraudulently claimed to have delivered, only the evidential picture was not of my property!

An I pad protective sleeve was ordered Thursday 26 January on prime with delivery due Friday by 10pm, which is great service. Being disabled the stress of waiting for a package is awful because by the time I get up and grab my walking frame the intercom has cut out and they don’t bother retrying or they have managed to get in and up to the 16th level leaving the parcel outside my door where 9 other apartments share the same floor. Despite leaving my bedroom door open and walking frame ready I missed the courier around 3pm. I was having a nap but the intercom is loud. I’m told it’s been left with a resident. This is possibly true but it’s a 20 story building with 200 flats. There is no photograph of the resident it was left with. I was just ready to post when a tap at my door. I screamed out I was coming but when I arrived my case was on my mat packed in a clear wrapper allowing everyone to see. I specifically asked that it not be exposed. Whoever took my package was kind but they know I’m disabled and can’t pick it up from the mat. With determination I succeeded in manoeuvring it into the hall with my frame. Pleased to have it but not worth the stress.

I have not ordered much from Amazon recently but each time I am given a date on the day receive notification on alexa and email stating item despatched with a delivery time slot then ten minutes into the slot it changes one time this was repeated again upto three times.
When asked Amazon customer service tell customers they only give a date and the delivery could be anytime upto 10pm on the day, I am waiting for an order that was due between 3 & 4 pm now changed when I get a time generally make a point of being home to take delivery.
One point before writing I read all the reviews and not one has had a response from amazon my customer my responsibility.
Seriously going to use local shops then no waiting

The tracker said delivery driver was in my road then said delivered and left on my doorstep. Nothing here. Where is my parcel? Did the driver keep it? Did he throw it in the bin because he couldn't be bothered to find my door? Useless.

Be very very careful dealing with Amazon, I ordered a Flower diesel heater from Amazon on 16th December 22.It is now the 12 January and the item still has not been despatched and I am no nearer a resolution. I have given Amazon ample time to come back to me with a despatch or delivery date. I am buying this for a job I have in a garden room, my customer has now cancelled on me leaving me with a the bill for the product £193 and the bill for the electricians preparation work £312....further I have lost a good customer. I still see the product advertised with a total of 9 in stock and quoting a February 23 delivery WHY WHY WHY can Amazon continue to offer a product that cannot be provided!!

Ordered a TV with them. Took the money off course then cancelled the order on the day it was due to be delivered. Their customer service is no existent. They just have a load of people online saying sorry then telling you there is nothing more they can do. Pathetic

I purchased a game console and they sent a used one as new. This is fraud and their response when they got caught is just send it back. How is that legal.

Dont waste time with amazon, They are sooooo stubborn to refund you when the product was damaged in the postal services.

Terrible company

I love Amazon, (normally) but they have a terrible habit of not delivering goods on the date I have chosen. I do not choose the dates for the fun of it, I choose the dates I want items delivered because I know for certain I will be in to receive the packages, otherwise they are left on the doorstep. I ordered a few items to be delivered on Amazon shopping day Monday the 2nd January, but, they are coming today, when I found out I rescheduled delivery again for delivery on the 2nd January, but no, they changed it back to today. Recently the drivers are running up my drive, leaving parcels in the pouring rain and running like a bat out of hell to get into their vans even though I am tracking them online, I think the drivers are making up the tracking as they go on because even though it states on the tracking site the driver is miles away they are instead delivering my goods and leaving them outside my house in the bad weather. Sick of it.

I spend a lot of money with this company but trying to cancel an order is an absolute nightmare. I ordered an item on 28th December for delivery on 31st December to be informed that this will now be delivered on the 27th February. Unacceptable. Will think twice in future about ordering.

Shame I can not put zero stars, one star is one too many. Set up my Amazon Prime for that little extra service they provide just to have my parcels delivered somewhere else and handed over to someone else where they claim it was delivered to my house. Last item "delivered" I have contacted them to say it hasn't arrived only to be told to contact the Police and go through them. Really? I can't be asked to go through all this hassle for 40£ worth of stuff.
Just to be clear my house is quite obvious to see, It has a number on the door as well as number and road name on the front garden gate, which I put on as an extra for the blind Amazon delivery drivers to see better. Also I put an extra delivery instructions on my account with quite broad house description, just in case some delivery driver wouldnt be sure how to find a house that is 6meters away from the road and has a next number up from the house before. This is been an ongoing battle with them, no other delivery company seem to have a problem with finding my house, just Amazon. To be fair they reimbursed me with money on two occassions when they mispleaced my stuff.
Well, I got me to the point that I have cancelled my membership and shall NOT buy from Amazon ever again.

I placed 2 orders on 31st October 2022 for items that weren't in stock but would be fulfilled when available. In both cases payment was collected by Amazon. 6 weeks later I was advised that the first product would be delivered by 8PM that day. On the same day the order was cancelled, although the product was still available to buy on their site, although at a much higher price. 2 months later exactly the same scenario occurred for the second product. I chatted with Amazon and got absolutely nowhere. They seem to think it's OK to take your money then keep you waiting for refunds. I believe Amazon are operating a scam by doing this.

I don't really want to give a star but I had to. Customer service and the company is falling so deep down. I got a phone in October but it was not working so I sent it back and been refund 8th November but today 28th December they took money back. Saying that I never sent the phone back,no note or email was sent to me about the issue. I told customers service that I prof that I have sent and received by amazon UK. So now I want my money back ASAP because I have to go to work tomorrow and they took the last money I had. I was told to fill in a claim report to get the money back, maybe I'll get it, is going on. I live in London and was talking to people in India and Philippines so why I'm taking to someone around the world who don't understand how things are working here. WHAT A COMPANY IT Became. Got a email after I have posted this one here and 5 hours after they took me money 😠😠😠😠😠

The only company you can rely on to get your parcels in time

Parcel left for everyone to see in the pouring rain. I really am going to use someone else next year. Such a poor company and people keep using them.
