Does the Total Batlle helpdesk even exist?

Does the Total Batlle helpdesk even exist? I am 69 years old and had a lot of fun playing total battle. And I've been playing it for a long time. I started the city with a friend and played and invested together to make it grow faster. (We live on a pension.) Unfortunately my friend passed away and the old email address is no longer there. I continued to play on the old account with his email for a while. (But then you don’t get emails from Total Battle) When I asked for a change of email address, the account was blocked and I could no longer play. I have been working on 8 emails for 13 days now, but I have not received any response from the helpdesk. I don't know why and what they blocked the account for. I still invested in the game (because it is fun to play and to continue to grow.) This investment is also gone. My dome falls away so the city is plundered and that also sets me back. I also receive no answer to the request for a refund of my investments. No, the Total Battle helpdesk is a department that will not answer you if you experience problems in the game.

The customer service is poor

The customer service is poor. I purchased a package, but was delivered the wrong package. This is the second time this happened. Customer service took 3 days to respond. As expected, they said they were unable to make any changes and would not correct their mistake. The prices are high and support could care less about it's customers.

Yes,but...

I started the game in last winter and really enjoy it. It is really fun and the other players in my clan are pretty nice people to chat with. However, there are some catches...many other commenters have stated that this game is a scam. It is true to some extent. While you can play the game for free and nobody forces you to pay money (no subscriptions) their prices are pretty steep. It all depends on what you want from this game. I also sometimes experiences game crashes in Firefox. Restarting usually helps but this is something they might want to adress. Nevertheless, dear Scorewarrior team you really should reconsider your pricing.

Dear player, we have confirmed that the problem with a double charge when reviving the troops is visual in nature, i.e. if funds for the resurrection are spent twice, then the second amount is returned to the account.
The issue with troops returning to the Temple will be investigated further.

Please note that there are no double charges for the same troops when reviving.

I’ve had an issue since you did maintenance on 2/2/24 my iPhone wouldn’t let me log back on. I’ve deleted my lvl25 capital account after spending a fair bit of money on it over the last 8 months. I contacted you conversation id 638182 but no reply? I’ve started a new account ID 34733168 but would like my old account back if possible??

Développeur malhonnête qui prélève des accessoires à double, qui ne répond aux messages que quand il veut et à intervalle de 2 ou 3 jours, qui refuse de rembourser lorsque l'achat est commis par un membre de la famille mineur, qui pousse à la consommation pour pouvoir avancer dans le jeu Bref à fuir ne perdez pas votre temps et votre argent avec cette mafia. Plainte sera déposée contre eux d'ailleurs et Google qui cautionne ce genre de développeurs sur le playstore.

640254 issue raised with total battle today.
I got kicked out - I’ve not missed a day for weeks.
Spent hundreds.
I try to log in and it says my email is not valid.
It’s strange as I liked the game and all this does is stop me spending money on it as there is no way I’m starting all over agin !!

I love the game but unfortunately one…

I love the game but unfortunately one of our teammates isn't able to get back online because his account is blocked for almost 10 days now and there is no help from support neither via mail nor chat.. he paid a lot of money already and don't want to lose his account :(

il segreto sta nel capire quale è il Clan che più rappresenta le tue caratteristiche

Mi piace molto l'idea di crescere per il mio lavoro e non solo per l'acquisto di risorse. L'importante, secondo me, è scegliere un buon Clan ed essere accettato. Personalmente, dopo una breve esperienza in un Clan sbagliato, giocando, mi sono confrontato con diversi giocatori e dopo una attenta analisi ho richiesto l'accesso a IMC nel Regno K133. Sono stato accolto bene, un vero Clan che aderisce al codice ROE e che tiene tantissimo alla correttezza ed al rispetto verso tutti i giocatori amici e non. All'interno di IMC sono cresciuto tantissimo in poco tempo grazie all'aiuto dei leaders, da poco nominato Ufficiale, continuo a sentirmi parte di un mondo fatto di soldati, ma non cattivo anzi molto stimolante, per chi come me ed il Clan IMC ha dei valori seri in quello che comunque resta un bellissimo gioco.

The game is touted as free but is not…

The game is touted as free but is not really. Initally it seems interesting and enjoyable but quickly you will see you cannot progress unless you join a clan and spend ££s. If you do not you do so you will be annihilated by someone with resources many times yours. Either be prepared to spend a lot of time and money or don't bother. (I stopped so cannot comment on the many issues raised by players who paid)

As I read the comments here I realize…

As I read the comments here I realize that there is a need for a class action lawsuit. This company has administrative staff manipulating players for money. Once someone figures it out the company locks accounts. Essentially blocking you from utilizing a product you pay for. I have asked for help from support and they miraculously come up with a glitch solution. If you are on to the fraud they lock your account. There must be a good lawyer out there to take this on. Several players during play have the same complaint. The chats are manipulated by the staff not a glitch. I asked for a full refund or my account back and I got an email saying we are working on it.

UPDATE 1/16/23 Apple gave refunds of all money spent in the last 60 days. Don’t give up. Total Battle is about to have to defend it self. The scam is spotlighted.

La Vittoria dei Sith sui Jedi, se volete bullizzare qualcuno, questo è il gioco giusto per voi, fatto apposta per far sfogare nerd nazisti sui player più deboli e più soldi avete da gettare su questo gioco è più sarete soddisfatti nella smania di primeggiare grazie a regole concepite da menti totalitarie...Se questi erano gli scopi degli sviluppatori sono stati pienamente raggiunti e superati. Il torneo dei mercanti ne è un esempio concreto: solo chi ha le informazioni migliori e potenza sufficientemente alta può ambire a parteciparvi nei 20 secondi scarsi di durata del torneo, sperando che qualcuno posti una posizione di un nuovo mercato che duri almeno 21 secondi...Classifiche e premi di tornei dedicati a pochi personaggi sempre uguali che dettano legge su tutto senza far invidia al peggiore dei dittatori, se uno vuole sfuggire a questa logica deve pagare, se uno vuole creare un roe equilibrato deve pagare, se uno vuole cambiare eroe deve pagare, se uno vuole giocare in santa pace deve pagare...trasferimento di interi clan in nuovi regni affinchè il bullo pagante possa soddisfare le sue ambizioni di piccolo duce su carne fresca deprendando tutto il possibile per passare al regno successivo...Non so perchè ma tutto ciò mi ricorda una storia reale ancora in corso di svolgimento...

Same issues every day report it for month nothing fast to take money glitches that waste resources place a shield leaving an amount then get hit shield still missing and you have lost all your silver strange an offer for silver for 44:99 no replies to anything same old same old so you have video or a screen shot 3mths later it a joke I have two large account which I have spent money on was three the one that is lost had 5 heros but oh sorry you made an email three years before and now have no access you cant recover your account even though you at the time sent them everything about it including previous passwords and the latest is to sync when logging off and if not careful and you click to quick oh dear you deleted your account

My account is blocked but I do not know…

My account is blocked but I do not know why. I have had a lot of problems with the game charging me incorrectly and I have asked Apple for refunds when things were incorrect. Been waiting for hours on response from support. Very frustrating.

Update 2 - I finally heard from your support outside of my time zone( 2:48 am). The person threw an extensive refund policy at me that pretty much states Total Battle can commit fraud and I have to prove the company did not. Really? REALLY? They didn't even read my complaint. In addition, the amounts shown charged aren't even correct. $4.98 instead of $4.99. Very suspicious.

Update 3 - a lot of going back and forth with receipts. Then nothing. My account is still blocked, have no idea if it will ever be unblocked. A lot of money down the drain into Cyprus. Sad.

Someone should legally review the game…

Someone should legally review the game called Total Battle. I question its founding and who is behind it. They have little to no customer support. I made several purchases, and even more, charges were made without my authorization, and these purchases were not downloaded to my game. I sent over six emails and used their text chatbot a dozen times, to no avail. They have sent fake emails saying they are working on it, but there have been no solutions to the problem even weeks later. You get robot emails sent to you, no real people help you, and no one answers your questions or addresses your concerns. They are counting on the masses to play the game and get sucked in before the word gets out about what this game is really about. They reply by stating that there is no need for you to pay. They say It is free; this is technically true, but as you will find out weeks into the game, if you don't pay, you can't continue to play or win anything, which is the point of the game and why anyone would even think of playing and spending their precious time to play this game to begin with. You will have wasted your time, and the game will not be worth one second of playing time that you put into it. By the time people figure this out, they will have already made millions. I have called my bank and asked for a return of my purchases as I did not get the product. This game is not worth the little fun you might have playing it for a short time. They designed it to take your money literally. You can not win without paying money. They designed it for the big players only, which will destroy the weeks and months you have played, and you will lose what money and time you spent. This is a money pit disaster. I have never seen such greed and how purposely planned this game system is to take your money. IT IS NOT WORTH IT I PROMISE YOU! They take your money, much like a casino and gambling. They suck you in at first, fun and easy to play, but over time, you will find the time and money you need to spend to play is life-changing. Then, after you think you are winning and growing, the battles come, and they crush you, and you lose everything. I kid you not when I say some people are spending as much money per month on this game as they are paying for rent or mortgage on their homes. They will even tell you this in the chat room and say they need help to stop that they are addicted to the game and trying to win, but they admit you can't, and it's not worth it. So many people talk in the chat and talk about how crapy the support group is and how greedy this game is. Many only play because they feel trapped and already spent so much time and money. I hope someone shuts this game down, for the people's sake. I don't know, but is anyone else tired of corruption and greed? I am. I can't even find a fun game to play.

Useless support, is the game a scam?

Useless support, the chat function does not work. They do not reply after I filled in incident report. There was a bug so I lost all my expensive perks/attachment. Things I have paid money for and then I continue to lose even more since I now have to battle with much less strengths, spend gold and silver and so on to try to get back to where I was. Wish I would have read experiences from other players before I started playing. THIS GAME SEEMS TO BE A SCAM.
