After a password change ( witch was ask for in the settings), i could not log in, ore reset via email ( it dos not recognise my email ). So i contacted support, after 24 hours still no reaction, it seems the dont realy care about the players, yust about spending youre money in the game.i have spend a lot to the game and expect some respect. Clearly i was wrong. Think 2 before starting this game, its fun to play but the gamemakers dont care about you.

My bonus is not working, I spent a lot of money, and the bonus appears to be activated, but I don't have the benefits, it's as if I didn't have any, this happened after I purchased the 7-day guardhouse. I hope they fix it, because I've already tried talking to support and no one responds.

I did have fun playing the game for the most part. It filled free time I had at work and sitting, relaxing with the family at home. I had some fun and joked with people and it was a fun strategy game.

I probably spent $500 over a 3 month period. Which, I thought I would never do when I started. That’s not the games fault, I made that decision. My family doesn’t want for anything.

The game chat glitches a lot. Someone would say something in the clan chat and it would show up as if they said it to me or vice versa, or another person sending it. Same thing with the kingdom chats. Following these 3 chats I saw it all the time. You would say something on the clan chat and look at it again and it would be changed or that another person said it. There were other weird things with it also.

I was the only one that ever said this was weird.

I felt like I was on the Truman show at some points.

I would bring it up and it wasn’t really a big deal to anyone. It was almost as if I was stupid to bring it up because everyone just accepted it. This is an online game. Communication is important. War game at that.

There are players that work for app (I have been told) I do get that but my fear is there is a ton of players that work for the app and that it is not a problem to inflate numbers of of certain people. If you think about it, you are putting money into a game with no money back. Worse than Vegas. Much worse.

. I did it, and feel stupid for doing it but like I said my family wants for nothing and I did have fun at times.

This game makes a lot of money. I really don’t want to put out a minimum number a day but it’s a ton. Tuff to tell because of how fake I think the game can be on multiple levels.

We would have players attack us the week before and than join our clan and change their name 3 or 4 times as if they were different people during their time with us. Superiors never said anything and it seemed to be encouraged because your clan superiors supported it. They knew it. It’s weird and fake.

It’s just a shady game with really bad support from the app. I just got ahold of someone in my clan last night and told them I was done. Basically saying use my city for parts. I got to L5G and L5M and had multiple resources to keep going and not spend anymore money. If you play the game, that wasn’t easy. I just decided it wasn’t worth my time anymore.

I think there are good people that play the game. But it’s not my thing anymore and would never play a game like this again.

Also, many players have Multiple accounts. That’s fine, I guess. If you play, just know thats going on and they probably won’t tell you until you leave the game.

Got locked out of my account - was a key player in a Kingdom leading a Top 10 clan, and no one will help me - a generic support response and literally nothing done to help for a week - affecting 70 people I was leading and they are as annoyed as me. I've lost all my progress in the game, there's the money I spent. It's superbly disappointing. Support Ticket ID is 614824, for what it's worth.

I was playing for more than 1 month.

Last week I noticed message from apple that they charged for payment of total battle while I was sleeping.

I thought someone hacked my account but I found no item credited in my account. And I noticed another payment which I don’t know and not credited to my account.

After that, I asked support for this unknown payment and they asked me to contact to apple.

Fortunately apple refunded this payment but unfortunately total battle blocked me and suspended my account.

This is ridiculous but when I complain about this issue to support, they said I should have asked support before contacting to apple.

This is really bad experience so I asked apple to refund all.

I am still waiting for another refund from apple.

I recommend stay away from this game.

I bought the Value x2 package to get 2 new hero avatars through my mobile but they delivered another package. There is probably a glitch on the store because the package ad is not consistent with the package delivered. And support argues that in their database they see that the id of the package delivered is consistent with what I bought. Of course it will be if someone linked the wrong ad to the package id. The package delivered is the same price as the one I chose, but the items are much worse, so it is quite obvious that I would not have chosen it. De plus, vous n'avez pas du tout réglé le problème. Certes vous avez réagi très très très tardivement suite à la publication du précédent commentaire, mais qu'en est-il de ma demande? Vous avez fabriqué une réponse qui vous arrange vous, mais qu'en est-il de ma demande et de mon besoin en tant que client? Pourquoi ne puis-je tout simplement pas récupérer mon compte de jeu alors que je l'ai créé et j'y ai dépensé plusieurs milliers d'euros? Ce n'est pas compliqué quand même de restituer le compte de jeu à un client. Vous n'allez pas me dire qu'avec toutes les connaissances techniques de vos développeurs, vous n'êtes pas capables de le réactiver? J'espère que vous n'avez pas revendu mon compte de manière illégale à un joueur intéressé? Cela expliquerait pourquoi vous dites que vous ne pouvez pas me le rendre. Ce serait tout de même grotesque. Vous noircissez encore plus votre portrait.

Totally unresponsive when dealing with account issues. There is no communication via email. There is a chat bot that auto generates a ticket number and that is it. I spent over $1000 in one month alone only to wake up to a locked account with no explanation and no communication. Ticket #611024

Aggiungo anche che ci sono giocatori che nelle chat fanno minacce, insultano, offendono, minacciano... ad alcune donne del clan sono state fatte minacce che lascio immaginare e l'amministratore ne regola ne interviene.
Sto raccogliendo una serie di screenshot a prova delle violazioni della legge per andare a denunciare alla polizia postale e interpol.
Il ROE è una regola finta... I grandi clan si ergono giudici e fanno le peggio cose...

Terrible customer service. No one from ScoreWarrior ever helps or responds to offer account support. The rules of TotalBattle play are frequently broken by many players. It is a complete waste of time and very expensive costs hundreds of dollars each week just to be competitive. Big time developers, gamers and wallet warriors own the game and the company just rakes in the cash. Highly advise you to avoid this game.

Het spel is zo uitgebreid dat je het overzicht verliest en tóch probeerd alle spelopties te doorlopen. Heb het spel 2 mnd gespeeld en kocht voor €250,- aan spel-tegoeden. Ik ben gestopt omdat ik werd aangevallen door spelers die factor 100 sterker waren die ook nog eens vanuit andere koninkrijken (meer dan 120) hun grondstoffen kwamen "aanvullen". Mijn "stad" werd een geregelrechte "farm" waar mijn geld uiteindelijk bij machige spelers terecht kwam. Het spel geeft zeer slechte bescherming aan de kracht en macht tussen nieuwkomers en zeer ervaren spelers.
Met klem raad ik dit spel ten zeerste af omdat er geen rechtvaardigheid in zit!

The game is so extensive that you lose the overview and still try to go through all the game options. I played the game for 2 months and bought €250 in game credits. I stopped because I was attacked by players who were factor 100 stronger and who also came from other kingdoms (more than 120) to "replenish" their resources. My "city" became a regular "farm" where my money eventually ended up with powerful players. The game gives very poor protection to the strength and power between newcomers and very experienced players.
I strongly advise against this game because there is no justice in it!

No one is helping on this issue. They are very fast at collecting money, but when it comes to customer problems, they do not even have the decency to respond. They do not provide solutions. It is as if money will come out of their pockets to compensate for the mistake they made. I WANT them to compensate for the mistake they made and send me a gift, but no one does this! It's a shame that their job forces only collect money!

I have literally spent thousands of dollars a month and then, in one day, my account was blocked. No reason given. Just blocked for "breaking the rules..." Which rules? Who knows? Never broke a rule. I have sent hundreds of messages every day since (its been 8 days) through "in game support", facebook page, youtube page, my main account, my K500 account and also my friends and clan members have messaged.. Not one message or explanation. I was extremely happy playing every day, but now, every minute that passes makes me angrier and angrier. Answer your support requests!!!!! I alone have probably paid for the salary of what seems is only 1 customer support employee in the whole company...

The game itself is great however, the issue I am currently having is not resolved after several days and it is affecting gameplay. If they would only answer so five stars on the game, but support is not there. In an effort to reach anyone with scorewarrior who can help the issue number is 593513.
