-Les packs sont horriblement chères et ont peu de bénéfices.( sortez la carte bancaire; c’est limite une grosse arnaque ou réserver aux accros des jeux qui vont y laisser leur mois!
-la progression est extrêmement lente au delà des 20 premiers niveaux. Des mois sur le niveau 29 et ce n’est pas fini (problème de conception ou volontaire ???)
-Il faut une patience d’enfer pour collecter de l’or avec laquelle vous ne pouvez quasi rien faire (les autres ressources vont plus vites, mais il en faut une quantité impressionnante pour avancer).
Bref, tout est fait pour qu’il vous manque sans cesse quelque chose et que vous sortiez la CB…
On regrette d’avoir des miettes ( c’est peu dire) en récompense par l’équipe.

-Mon meilleur conseil jouer les 20 premier niveaux gratis et recommencer, , vous aurez la un max de cadeaux ( pour vous appâter) auquel cas vous y laisserez des plumes, beaucoup de temps et de frustration!
Au delà de nombreuses choses à retravailler et terminer, ( on se demande si le jeu a été testé) l’idée de base est excellente.

I am writing this review out of frustration and disappointment with the game "Total Battle." I recently purchased an in-game bonus, but it is not working properly. Despite multiple attempts to contact support through the app, I have only received automated responses with no real assistance.

I escalated my issue by sending a direct message to support and received an email acknowledging my ticket, promising a follow-up. However, it's been quite some time, and I have yet to hear back from them. My ticket number is #686908.

To my surprise, it seems I am not alone. Many other players have faced similar issues, as seen from the numerous complaints. This lack of support is unacceptable for a game that relies heavily on player satisfaction and in-game purchases.

I am writing this review in the hopes that someone from the support team will finally take notice and resolve my issue promptly. I would really appreciate it if my case could be addressed as soon as possible.

basically it costs too much money we never get what we should , your speed ups don't work like they are supposed too, for instance 4 min your bonus says reduced to 50% but it only goes down a few seconds same with everything on this game nothing works like its supposed to work, i have speed ups on all my captains and hero and even have bonus speed ups still they move even slower , even attacks on monsters i attack a little level with top monsters and my monsters get killed what the f..k sort this f...g rip off game out like i just killed 10 monster squads and my dragon path tourney point hardly moved the monsters were lev 22 by the way so i should of got at least a few bonuses ie claws to spend in the game even the game is rigged all i keep getting is rocks iron and wood which i have millions of never mercs or money or things i really need, your whole game has algorithms which keep moving the goal posts but what do you care cos lets face reality you only care about money and not your custmers , all we get for attacks and tourneys is a dead army which costs an arm and a leg to rebuild and what do we get , spped ups little trinkets like these so in reality its not even worth attacking cos the benefits are pathetic, even the tin man what the hell i did 13 attacks in the last battle on him along with my clan and what did we get i will tell you my whole army dead all my gold coins gone and my hero didnt even move up 1 level all to get some speed ups a few dragon coins oh i did get some gold coins but had to use them in rebuilding my army ie revive to attack again so your whole game is built around mugging your customers off big time so i will go onto my Facebook of over a million friends my twitter of over 2 plus million friends even insta and let everyone know to let there friends know what you developers do for your customers

Pretty enjoyable strategy browser game where you own a city and send out heroes and captains to kill monsters, explore crypts and raid other players. However, like most, if not all, these kind of games, it is heavily pay to win with items costing up to hundreds of euros which will massively boost your city.

One day I hope to play a game like this which is not Pay to Win...

Unfortunately the creators of the game is waaaaay too gready !!!! Very expensive !!! No so much promotions !!! If you DO NOT want to empty your credit/debit cards ...STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from that game !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor experience and some alarm bells around mental health for this game if you are susceptible.
Hands up - I found it appealing to start with as a novice gamer but it became quite addictive. I tried really hard to progress without giving into to the constant nagging to spend real dollars. I spent days and weeks naively jumping through hoops to build my City and did pretty well I think to get to Level 13.. Then WHAM! the whole thing was wiped out by some big spender 68 levels higher than me in a matter of seconds. I wasn’t even aware that was possible - more fool me. Doesn’t seem to be a good way of retaining customers - a bit like a soap box cart taking on a formula one car. They should have classes of user to keep it fair.
Anyway a blessing in disguise - I realise what a fool I’ve been to waste all of those hours so deleting the game and going to take up jogging ( in the real world!). I’d do the same if I were you - for the sake of sanity…

I played this game and soon realized it was already too late. I had spent thousands of dollars on a game that employs predatory multi-level marketing tactics, only to end up with nothing. I'm not allowed to sell my account, nor can I get any refund, etc. The game's advertisements are misleading. If you read the game's reviews, you'll notice that many people have pointed this out as well. It's advertised as a math puzzle game, but it's structured around clans and daily or expiring tasks, forcing players to constantly make purchases to continue playing. Initially, they entice you with small purchases, but soon, they push you towards making larger investments. You might think these purchases will yield significant rewards, but in reality, it's a scheme designed to keep you spending. In short, please be cautious and avoid falling into this trap. Your hard-earned money can disappear quickly before you even realize it.

So I posted here last week and was very frustrated at being locked out of my account for over a week with no help and all my mercs (which only last a week) dying after spending a large amount of money on this game. Was then told I would have to wait another 8 days to possibly get my account back then radio silence.
I continued messaging support from my other account and then lovely Raiden came to my rescue. He was super efficient, contacted tech to find out why I wasn’t getting the password reset link and had me back into my main account and compensated in no time :)
Sure I was locked out exactly 2 weeks, all my troops died and I missed out on 2 weeks growth and 2 weeks worth of about 1k daily in clan gift chests so would ideally have liked to receive a little more compensation for the inconvenience but this 5 star is for Raiden for being so friendly and helpful. Was super happy to rejoin my clan and am back spending silly money on Total battle in no time ;)

Zero support, zero response. Ingame captains have gone missing, all purchased mercenaries and buffs are expiring or expired without being able to use them and complete silence from the game developers.

Ticket number #670108 - there was finally a reply but the compensation for all the downtime is still incomplete.

Total Battle has Game Developers and Moderators playing alongside regular players and DOXXING people’s personal email addresses and marketing them as Only Fans Accounts. Kingdom 150 player OAS Vulture released my personal email address in clear violations of Terms of Service and Player Community Guideline. Total Battle and Score Warrior allows systemic abuses, harassment, invasion of privacy and DOES NOT RESPOND via EMAIL or LIVE CHAT. I pay to play in this game and have a right to expect my personal information be kept private and not leaked to a public chatroom.

I am so upset for having my account blocked without any clarity or help to resolve it. Last night everyone had problems when trying to buy a pass from the online game store. People in my kingdom had all been charged money from their account but didn't receive the items purchased.

I also tried to buy my pass from the store, I purchased a gold pass and then the elite pass. I was charged money from my bank account and received nothing. So I asked Google to refund the purchases I had made because I was worried that my money had gone to waste and I wasn't prepared to risk leaving it which is the sensible choice. I should be able to buy from this game developer with trust.

The administration had written in the KC saying they were aware of the problem and were working to fix it. I had already requested my refunds and continued playing the game with the intention of purchasing my gold and elite pass again once I was confident that the problem had been fixed.

All of a sudden I was logged out and my account was blocked. I have tried contacting support and have explained the issue but they haven't even acknowledged my full problem.

I have since tried messaging support over and over only to be ignored. My clan mates has said my city had been deleted because a message from the admin team said I was deleted for inactivity which is completely untrue. I have time stamped screen shots sent to me from friends in my clan showing I was active consistently until my account was unfairly blocked automatically.

So after not getting anywhere trying to resolve this issue through the game chat I contacted some of the customer support employees on LinkedIn asking for help in a very polite way which I still have proof of. I was told by the Head of customer support that LinkedIn wasn't the appropriate channel of communication. He then blocked me. I tried again to get help from someone else in the support team on LinkedIn who read my messages, didn't reply, and also blocked me

I thought just a little bit of encouragement and advice wouldn't be much to ask for when I have received a terrible user experience and 0 engagement from the support via the game Android app. I was shown 0 empathy or concern for my issue despite spending £1000's of pounds and months of playing time on this game. I honestly feel so rejected and already struggle with my mental health that if this doesn't get resolved then I'll end my own life because I cannot cope with the loss and apathy I have experienced.

Nobody cares or wants to help me, and I've done nothing wrong.

This is the biggest rip off game I have ever played. EVERYTHING you do costs money. You can't even efficiency use speed ups or change equipment without paying premiums! To be a top player, you have to literally spend thousands of dollars a month. They will lie and say if you use strategy, you can be a top player without spending which couldn't be more wrong. There's also administrators in the game that do their best to get people to spend more money by setting extremely high expectations which takes hours a day to achieve and a lot if money. There's also constant glitches and it's gotten so bad that I can't even play sometimes when all my other apps work fine. Their customer service is also the worst I've ever seen. It's usually 2 to 3 weeks for a response and I've waited 6 weeks before!! I am quitting this game! STAY AWAY from this game!!

Do not download. This is not a game that you buy. You pay for the right to play and you have to pay a lot to be relevant.

But even after you pay a lot the game is not yours in the way other applications are.

The owners use deception to make you spend a lot of money and they even monitor your comments on social media. They I’ll ban you even after you spend thousands of dollars if you speak negatively about the game. This, I’m sure is illegal, but they get away with lt.

Do not use this platform. You will regret it.

Total battle is an extremely addictive game, I don't spend money on games so I enjoy it for the fun free game it is. The game is also a business and are not forcing anyone to pay for it. If you think it's a scam then don't pay and take more control of your lives. Nobody is forcing the money out of your bank accounts. Your spending habits are down to you all. And no I'm not a sales rep

To the Players please be patient. If you come across any issues. Total battle cant read your mind. I had an issue that took Kate 7 weeks to work out. The support team worked close with me to get me back in the game. I was close to pulling my hair out as have dedicated a lot of time and effort with money being spent. The game is enjoyable and addictive.
The first real test has come. I purchased an Elite Pass for the current Triumphal Challenge 23 and the level 1-80 rewards did not come with the package.When I purchased the Golden Pass all rewards earnt came with the package plus every other subsequent reward earnt.
For the price every reward available over the challenge needs to be made available. I now patiently await the response from their customer service to my request to instate those rewards or refund me for the package.

No response received to support ticket regarding an issue preventing donations to clan buildings. 7 days is more than adequate for a customer service response but apparently not for this game. Players, despite spending large sums of money, are left to try and resolve issues themselves without any assistance from support.

Total Battle makes it so easy to get hooked on in multiple different ways that you could easily slip into this virtual world and forget about your real world. I have to give them 5 stars for that. But being a great game, it does know how to take advantage of its players’ impatience and nickels and dimes you for every little upgrade. Those who can afford it like me are willing to pay. Those who can’t afford it join bigger clans that get more “free” gift chests. But they have to work harder and contribute to stay in the clan. I’ve been hooked on this game for 6 months now.
Well a purchase on the credit card somehow sent a text message to my wife who did not recognize it and it was cancelled. That shut me out of this engrossing game and I was in a panic. I sent them a message ID# 656874 requesting to be reinstated as I have $20,000+ invested in it the past 6 months. Yes I can afford it. No response except for the generic “game blocked due to violation of refund policy.” I searched and searched for answers. This site is reassuring in that I should not expect a prompt service response. As the time goes by, I’ve transitioned to anger then acceptance. This may have been a blessing in disguise. Well, I thank Total Battle for a wonderful experience but it may be time to move on to other fun things in life in the real world.
