I deleted the app and my account 10 days ago. I received a notification that I “purchased” a big package in the game. How would I purchase anything when I have no account and don't even have the game anymore? Now I'm wondering if they have been sneaking charges for the 2 months that I played it and didn't realized.

I guess bad reviews are the only way to get an answer from their customer support. I posted Issue #736966 back on 9/3, but have yet to receive a reply from anyone in customer service. I had made a purchase of one of their 'specials', but received nothing from it. The charge went through on my credit card sure enough, but for nothing! I'm not making donations to SCOREWARRIOR LIMITED! I realize that this is a massive, online game with likely millions of players. Consequently, there are likely thousands of issues posted daily to address. But really? An issue is posted 11 days ago about a failed purchase and nothing? Maybe it's time for the company to limit the number of players or expand their support team.

I have noticed 2 tools missing from the browser version of Total Battle.

1. For crypts there is normally a bar to minimise and maximise tar on the iOS app. The reason it is on there is because it is designed that way to work. It is entirely missing on the browser version like someone forgot about it. The reason it was put on the app version is the designer realised it made sense. It is not showing on the browser version either it is overlooked or no one bothered to do it in a design upgrade.

2. When caravanning resources such as silver to another player. You must pay 20% tax which on the app shows you how much they will receive after tax. Makes complete sense yes so you can know how much they will receive minus the tax obviously. Again it shows the 20% and there is faint writing but you are unable to see how much the player will actually receive. There is faint writing showing how much food you are charged for it but you cannot even see that it is so faint. It is crystal clear on the iOS app you can tell exactly what will be received by the player minus tax. Why did the designer do it do you think? I know because it makes sense and they realised it improved it which is why they did it. Hopefully TB will recognise the browser design flaws and update them. Such design changes costs near nothing to a big company like this. I hope they look into it I have raised a ticket with screenshots for the technical faults. I can happily change this for a 5 star review when I know they are sorting it when they can realise it. If it is on the app it was designed to do it better so come on guys update it on your browser that's just lazy. I have raised a ticket waiting for your outcome on the Issue #742821.

Update: total battle support did eventually fix the problem and provided in game compensation for the trouble.

I love the game despite it having multiple glitches and problems with it's server. However yesterday during another server issue my troops were on march and have been stuck on march for the last 24 hours..3 tickets filed with support and no help has been given yet. Ticket ID number #737176. Please remedy so I cam improve this review and get back to playing

Total Battle is a rat trap. Game developers send it as a free game but it's not. Don't be liars anymore. No, it's not a free game and I'm going to explain it. The game core turns around gold. If you don't have it, you are no one, and it only can be got in small amounts through daily tasks, chests and dragon mounds, but these amounts are worthless. If you want to enjoy the game, you will need to go to the shop and pay for it.
Another negative fact is that if you want to grow, you must fight daily in the Epic Monster events. You can't win and the only purpose is you become run out of troops, all of them die in these events, so you can reanimate them by spending huge amounts of gold or if you don't have gold you can make army again during days and days and days or you go to the shop again and buy speed ups. Consequence, if you don't waste cash, you will not play during days.
Another very negative fact is that enemies 3, 4 or 5 hundred times higher than you can attack you everytime without consequences and rob you what you have been keeping during weeks. This kind of players call small players "food" and game developers are by their side because they spend a lot of cash in the game.
Apart from these negative aspects, there are many more. For instance, when you get your buildings to a 23-24 level, you will need 40 days or more to complete from one level to another. If you don't want to spend half a life to develop them, you again will have to go to the shop and spend for speed ups. These are some examples but there are many more.
My experience is that after having played for 6 months, I have erased my account for my mind health sake and for my bank account health sake. I have spent several hundred of euros but nothing was enough and I want to reflect my experience in order to help people who can fall into the trap like me. The game is very much addictive and you can finish run out of money because rates are too high. There are sellings of 250 or 300 euros. That is a lie because nothing in the game worths those amounts of money. Life is very short and beautiful to be spent by playing this rubbish game. Please, tear you apart of it.

Sacred potions? Are you kidding me? Can you tell me how many sacred potions produces the temple in a day when you have taken it into 24 level? I answer the question for you, it's simply rubbish. Perhaps you will be able to revive 100 or 150 guards in a day, but only in one attack to Epic Monsters you will have lost 1000. In 2 attacks 2000 and even more depending on your level. This is this way because it's your golden egg hen. If you don't have gold, you can't enjoy the game, so you must pay to get it by purchasing it in the shop. Why do you lie again? And the city shield of peace, you are kidding me again, how much gold do you need to get one? And where is the gold? Into the shop. Each time you answer with lies, I will respond you with truths. Don't cheat people anymore. I have had a real game experience and I have had to waste my money to get fun and I do really know how the game mechanics works, where finding things, how clans work, I have been in a clan. At the beginning I tried to enjoy without spending money, and it's impossible.
I think that it is fair to pay for playing, because behind a game there is much effort, people earning life and invested money, but your prices are abusive, and money is never enough for you. It's a pity because the game is good, but many people cannot spend so much money as you want.

After a password change, I could not log in or reset via email ( it keeps saying it does not recognise my email ). So i contacted support team but no reply. It has been almost 3 days now still no reply, It seems they don’t care about the players. I have spent a lot of money and time on the game and expect them to care. Clearly I was wrong. It is a really good game but if the game owners or the support team don’t care about we players then what’s the point of playing the game at all. So so unfair.

Since tuesday 6 Augusto 2024, having problem with the game the bar og the login stop at 81%,contact support Conversation ID: #719044, after 2 day saying to unistall game and installa it again, did This but on first job of the game filling the ship, did all the job ship ready and the game is stick it there, does not go forward. After son nearly € 4000 only in july, I am very upset how the traeat us player, just let me know How I can restore the game, don't ask for My I.D. account because I cannot login. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ca fait 2 ans que je joue, je n'ai jamais aucun problème de bug, et personne ne m'oblige à débourser le moindre cent pour jouer. J'ai fait des rencontres sympas avec les membres de mon clan et je trouve que c'est un passe temps comme un autre. Visiblement je suis le seul satisfait ici...

I have been trying to reach the support department for the last 48 hrs. I've sent msaages on every possible channel i could find but didn't get any replies or answers. Just one guys on Facebook chat asked me what it was about and requested some screenshots which i sent immediately. but that went cold too.

FINAL Update:
I've emailed the support team at Scorewarrior multiple times even sending a screenshot of whomever posted the reply here, they have never lifted a finger to resolve the issue. What the support people do is dump you back into the AI chat bot by closing the case that you send them immediately. Even if you cite the past case numbers. They do this so you can't communicate directly with the support team.

Scorewarrior's actions were so egregious that Apple refunded me over $200 in packs that I had purchased from them in the past year. All I had to do was send Apple the screenshots. I wish I could post them here.

Apple has also opened up an investigation with the developer and has sent me several updates and copied me on two of the outreaches to Scorewarrior. If they don't change their practices my hope is Apple removes them from the iTunes Store. They shouldn't be able to rip off people the way that they do and continue to have their app downloadable on the iTunes Store.

Also, remember Apple gets 30% of the revenue and they're still investigating the issue. I would say that's a serious indicator of how bad Scorewarrior has been conducting business.

You've been warned, do not download total battle and start playing it without the expectation that you're going to get ripped off. Caveat emptor!

Dear Anonymous Totalbattle support person, where is it you would like me to indicate this? Would you like me to scream it out my window? Would you like me to write it on a piece of paper? How incompetent do you have to be to ask for information but don't give a destination to give you the requested information? How about your email address genius? Good Lord these people don't care about their paying customers. They throw some random blurb up because they've gotten a bad review with absolutely no way to communicate with them. They're only interested in taking your money and running.

Scorewarrior, who owns total battle is not a legitimate company. It's a very pricey game to play to begin with but when you buy these booster packs from them and they don't deliver them or they don't do what they advertise them to do they'll just ignore you. At that point you either have to go to the iTunes Store / the Google play store and see if they can fix the issue. If they can't fix the issue you have to declare fraud on your credit card before you can get your money back.

In my specific case I bought one of the two packs that you have to buy in order to play the game competitively in the long run. The pack is called the "total development pack" and it boosts your account until your hero hits level 20. If your hero is already level 20 the booster pack will last for 48 hours. In my case my hero is level 12 and the booster stopped after 30 hours. The exact verbiage is word for word on the boost when you buy it, says the following:

Complete all processes instantly!
Marches are 10 times faster!
Reviving troops cost 10 times less!
The watchtower is active!
Lasts until the hero reaches level 20!

I wish I could post the screenshot of the actual booster pack because I have it. Furthermore I've sent it to their support team who just gaslights me and says:

I've sent them the screenshot, I've sent them the verbiage it says and completely proved that they have made an error. They now refuse to answer me, I've sent them multiple messages and they just ignore me.

On two previous instances I've had to call Apple when the packs did not work properly, Apple was able to reset the packs so they started to work. I've had one other pack that I never received that they refused to refund me for in which I had to go to visa and declare fraud. It's pretty easy to do when you take screenshots in the game.

This company is not on the level, I suspect this is some boiler room back office sweatshop that steals a whole Lotta money from a whole Lotta people. I warn anybody before they start playing this game, stop! Do not play this game! It's become very clear to me and my wife that it's a total scam.

This game is trap to spend the money you have . Even if you reach the highest levels of troops (which you can't do unless you pay real money ) you will always be obliged to buy mercenaries to be able to use your troops. Strong troops need alot of silver to train and alot of gold or potion to revive .So instead of buying 2 packages of 249usd to revive your troops ,you need to get a package of 99usd for mercenaries every week .this way if hit a monster or an other player ,your troops stay safe and you revive only the mercenaries. The 99usd mercenaries are not available all the month ,so you will need to get 249usd package once or twice a month . That goes with saying that you will need to buy potion/gold too if you want to be active in the game .All these spending are needed without participating in any event . As participating in an event makes you spend double . The game at the beginning doesn't look alarming, au contraire ! It helps you get used to the game by offering free packages untill your hero or captain reaches level 20 .then you work on your new tiers by yourself. Until Guardsmen 4 ,you won't need to spend much .but the next tiers ,you will need your money to get EVERYTHING ,VP,CP,resources,speed-ups and of course the triumphal event to the elite pass ,plus the sales of the triumphal events as the mercenaries you get for free in the triumphal event die fast . People in the kingdom chats don't dare say how much they spent on this game so as not to look loosers,irresponsible or crazy . Wanna keep your bank account safe ? Run away from this game

I submitted a ticket to Total Battle I am happy with the game. Just spotted a technial error and reported it right away. Issue #702287 is the ticket number but 1 week later there is no response. I am obviously feeling for those who have more urgent issues. I am happy to change my review once they fix the issue.

I have further responded I am perplexed by the answer. I told them I can maximise tar in the app on my phone but cannot do it on your browser version. They have replied to me saying it was designed like that to not work in the browser version. It makes no sense whatsoever. If the captain can clear the maximum tar then why would I have to use the phone app to do it alone. What is the point in having your captain's items that can clear the maximum tar when you are limited by where you can log in? To carry out the same task for the same game. I am currently confused and speechless by the response that it has been designed that way for no reason.

The support team helped solve my issue #701432 and now theyunblocked only the one account (there’s two accounts attached together). I have a main account and seasonal account that are combined. They unblocked the main and not the seasonal. The game doesn’t allow you to choose to switch between the accounts if one is blocked. Now again, I can’t get into either account because support did not unblock both at the same time. This is absolutely terrible. I deleted my first review prematurely because the issue still isn’t solved. The new case number for now requesting my seasonal account is #704849. I hope they don’t make me wait a week again and solve it in one day this time since they agreed to unblock my account in the first place but didn’t fix both accounts. Frustration isn’t even close to what I feel right now. I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m ignored for days again.

On the face of it TB is an amazing game and although principles are very similar in type of these games this one really does it well .
It’s incredibly addictive and feeds on isolation, using gambling techniques and a world class team of Psychologists and effective algorithm.
You can technically play it without spending money, but you’re not competing and you will need the patience of a saint.
After many 1000’s of hours of play using the best game strategy and large investment you’re still only able to compete in the PvP aspect at the higher levels if you blow obscene amounts of money .
Pay to win is an understatement . Unless the developers limit Mercs per player and get rid 75% speed ups which are like $100 per 5 per attack you will see more and more seasoned players leaving.
It’s a crying shame as stated was a great game ruined by greed.
Unless you just want to spend half hour a day keeping your self busy or prepared to blow money that would make Rothschilds blush avoid this like the plague . Coming my from a Campion league KvK player that just left . Under the Radar

Dieses Spiel am PC ist sowas von Fehlerhaft...... Aufgaben die man nicht erledigen kann, schlechte instabile Verbindung, Falsche Anzeigen im Spiel, jede Menge Bugs bis hin zum völligen Absturz des Spiels. Vor 3 Tagen dann die Krönung: Urplötzlich komme ich am PC nicht mehr in das Spiel sowohl im Edge als auch im Google Browser. Immer die Fehlermeldung: Failed to pass Bot Verification, try to reload page. Und der Support? Absolut lächerlich, da kommen so antworten wie: Wissen wir arbeiten wir dran ( seit ÜBER 6 Monaten!) oder so stumpfe Erklärungsversuche wie Sie haben ne schlechte Internetverbindung oder einen veralteten PC, ne is klar.......Und meine Fehlermeldung habe ich am Handy direkt an den Support gesendet und bis heute ( 3 Tage) noch keine Antwort. Und das alles soll man dann wenn man keine 3000 Jahre Zeit hat durch Einkäufe mit horrenden Preisen beschleunigen. Man macht das Spiel z.B. mit Absicht langsam damit man dann mon. 40€ zahlen muss nur damit das Spiel schneller läuft. Was hat mich damals nur geritten als ich das Spiel installiert habe?

I too was sucked in and to my horror noticed many purchases going out which I hadn’t even purchased (an error message came up saying to try again later) for a purchase I was trying to make - to my horror when this happened x3/4 times the purchase happened - first of all I tried support - didn’t even get a response 10 days later I contacted Apple to advise me - they immediately refunded the extra purchases that I hadn’t made - and the fact I didn’t receive the goods in the first place let alone 3/4 times was a joke! No sooner had Apple agreed these were indeed in correct - the game blocked me completely - saying I had violated there terms and conditions - the game is a wash with spammers and scammers - they’re only interested in taking your hard earned money. They have unkept the fact that “I violated their terms” which is disgusting as spent a moderate amount - they’ve basically said that it’s non negotiable- fine but be warned I’m not the only one there are hundreds in the same boat check your purchase history - apparently they can see me in work or fast asleep whilst these purchases had taken place! Do not expect any form of response from support all they want is your money

Gioco per sole persone che possono spendere molti soldi. Inutile stare in clan (anche se è l'unica soluzione per giocare meno peggio) oppure avere casse perchè le ricompense sono minime rispetto a quello che veramente serve per avanzare.
Anche l'oro ne recuperi pochissimo pensate che il sistema da un bonus misero e tumoli del drago sono praticamente inesistenti.

1. It's not the maths game the advertisement suggested. The developers know this and don't care. It's been pointed out many times, but it's still the same.
2. It's fee. Yay. Well. You can play for free, but you can only get so far. I have no problem with that. The developers invest a lot of time, money and effort to make the game enjoyable and addictive. And it was. I would expect to have to pay something to keep playing effectively. You need their gold coins to keep playing. You get 750 free every day. After playing the game for 3 months my army cost 15,000 gold coins to revive after making 1 mistake. It costs £5 to buy the gold coins required. For my army. Not a large army either. I know. I'll buy a golden pass. Only £18 per month. It helped for a month. And then I had to buy others items I didn't want to get gold coins. Before I knew it I had spent over £100 in the space of a month. Everything costs 10 times what it should.
3. The response the developers give is "join a clan". Don't. I did. I got sucked in and ended up making purchases so that I could join in.
4. Conclusion. The developers know that they are doing. They know they are ripping players off. Why else would they stick with false advertising. They rely on you feeling obliged to spend your money to play with your clan friends. Who I will miss. Sorry guys. The developers will reply to this review saying "I'm sorry you feel that way" or some other phrase from their meaningless list. Don't pay attention to their reply. This is part of their scam. Take time to answer reviews. Appear to be interested in negative reviews. They don't care. Because players are paying a ridiculous amount of money and their pockets grow fast at your expense. They will reply to this review with with a message that was written long ago and has been used many times. All part of the scam. Looking forward to the pointless response from the robbers.
