Very hoid exoerience though short 9f staff. One lady really iverworkibg and doing too many things at once

Didn't do a toner after the bleach. Didn't style it. Took an hour longer than expected.
£245 for a disaster. Avoid!!

Everyone working in this salon is so lovely and welcoming and friendly. The hairdresser cut and styled my daughters hair exactly how she asked and it looked amazing. Would 10/10 recommend

I’ve had another great experience at Toni & Guy, Deansgate. Last week, I had highlights with Nathalie, followed by a cut with Grace. Both Nathalie and Grace took time to listen to what I was hoping to achieve, carefully explained what they recommended and what they were doing at every step of the process. Despite it being in the last couple of days before Christmas, I never felt rushed and Nathalie and Grace were very calm, friendly and their expertise shone through. Nathalie’s, Grace’s and the rest of Deansgate team’s expertise, professionalism and positive manner is the reason that I keep coming back to Toni & Guy. Thanks guys!

Have been with T&T Canary Wharf for 10+ years and will continue to do so. Such an amazing atmosphere in the salon, polite/professional staff, and just a happy, focused, and all round wonderful service from first booking to leaving.

When I pay £90 for a haircut I expect my appointment to be nice and relax while receiving the required service.

Unfortunately, this was not the case here - the haircut was done under a lot of stress, I came out of my hair wash dripping wet, the hairdresser was barely talking to me and overall it seems like he was trying to finish it asap so he can be done and over with it.

Very disappointing.

Jarvis is excellent and the reason I keep returning to Wimbeldon Toni&Guy..

Andre did a magnificent job again! He's a total pro and 10/10 recommend trying him out at Westfield, in Hammersmith.

I had the most amazing blow dry with KAZ at the Sloane Square salon .
I have very frizzy unruly hair however Kaz gave me a sleek beautiful blow dry .
I would highly recommend Kaz she is amazing!

Had a wonderful experience with my vist today very happy and won’t be going anywhere else

Bluewater store cancelled appointment 45 minutes before appointment stating that they had run out of hot water and had to cancel appointment. Asked them if there was any availability at nearby stores and immediately told no. I phoned lakeside store who could accommodate us and after spending £250 an extra £80 was deducted from my account for missing the Bluewater appointment. I then tried to call and the receptionist kept on putting the phone down on me. Utter rubbish. Go elsewhere

As a wheelchair user the salon was very accommodating letting me leave my chair by reception. Times is a brilliant stylist and I have been wit her for many yea4s now and I've always been very happy with her work.

I visited Toni & Guy in Cambridge recently and left extremely disappointed with the outcome. I showed a clear photo of what I wanted and explained to my stylist, Tavia, that the most important thing for me was to have the grey hair at the front fully covered. Despite this, I left the salon with the exact same grey still showing at the front. The only difference is that my overall darker.
For £180, I expected to leave feeling confident and happy with my hair, but instead I feel upset and frustrated. I paid a premium price and ended up with a result that looks no different from when I walked in. I now have hair that I really dislike, and I’ll have to spend even more money elsewhere to fix it.
This was a really disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend the service I received.

I set up the appointment on the phone and said many times that I am in a scarf and need the private room. After the appointment was booked I said to the person that it is booked for the private room and he said he will add that to the notes. When I arrived the private room was not available. I was rebooked, but 3 and 1/2 hours later. But in a positive side, loved my cut and style. The service was amazing.
