I have been going to Toni & Guy Wigmore Street for a long time. It’s a very welcoming place, friendly and relaxing atmosphere, and most importantly excellent results. Cutting and styling by Franchesco is top quality, and colour by Lele is always excellent. Never disappointed.

I had the best experience of a hairdressers ever on Saturday in Covent Garden! My restyle by Tori is incredible- I’ve never felt comfortable with a hairdresser before. Now I’m making a trip up to see Tori whenever I need my hair cut as it’s was so amazing and transformational. The other staff, experience and energy in the salon is just lovely! I would highly recommend to anyone feeling they need expert advice and hand on experience

It is always a pleasure to visit Toni and Guy in Covent Garden. The staff are very friendly. It’s a calm oasis and a very busy part of London. I always leave with great satisfaction after Yuri has styled my hair.

Had a colour gloss , cut and blowdry by Mia, everything turned out perfectly. Gone to toni and guy Newbury twice now for colour and both times have surpassed expectations, thank you Mia!

Callum is great as usual always cutting my son’s hair perfectly.
The price change for a childrens haircut has upset me though! Have been taking my child to toni&guy for years, now need to find an alternative which is sad!

Sono arrivata a questo salone… piena di speranze viste le recensioni… obiettività in primis… premetto che ho un capello sottile e quindi il taglio per me è fondamentale…. Quindi arrivata a loro… non posso dire nulla del servizio…. Ma è mancata la capacità di analizzare capello e taglio… ho espresso … il mio desiderio di taglio lasciando a loro il margine di professionalità… per raggiungerlo …🙈nulla non sono arrivata a casa e avevo testa piatta… e non idonea a mio viso… ho concesso loro anche impacco( e uno spray) il costo di tutto e elevato se purtroppo devo andate a sistemare il tutto… ho capelli che vanno dove vogliono non c è un ceto taglio …

I’ve been coming to Toni & Guy for a some time now to have my haircut with Gino, and he is excellent as always, I’m always very happy with the results and the professional service he provides.

However, I was quite disappointed during my recent visit when it came to the hair wash. The basin I was shown to was full of hair and product residue - it looked very unhygienic, dirty and honestly quite unpleasant (“very yuck”). When I mentioned this to the young lady who's about to wash my hair (sorry, I don’t know her name), she told me to use another basin but unfortunately, that one was in the same condition. I had no choice but to continue, though I felt very uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness.

I also feel that the young girls who assist with the hair washing could improve their customer service skills. A friendlier and more attentive polite attitude would make a big difference to the overall experience.

Gino’s work is outstanding, and that’s why I continue to come back to Toni & Guy. I just hope the salon can take more care with hygiene and staff training so that every part of the visit reflects the same high standard that Gino always provides.
