Staff are absolutely lovely and Ash remembered exactly how I liked my hair and the colours we chose etc. Always polite and constantly offering drinks etc. Such a nice and relaxing place to be! Thank you so much!!

Dorchester Salon - Appointment cancelled the day before due to illness - quite understandable but this was the third time this has happened in the last 2 years. Although a replacement appointment was offered for the colour (but there was no record of the type of colour used on the previous occasion), the cut I had booked could not be fulfilled until the following month. Also, I am sorry to say that the premises are rather sad - there is a bucket in the loo to catch the rainwater leaking through the light fitting. There is no hot water in the toilet, the paint is peeling and the hand drier does not work. The staff are all friendly, polite and obviously doing their best. Instead, I went to the Wimborne Salon today - a very different experience all round and I will be using them in future - sorry Dorchester - nothing personal!

Another wonderful colour experience with Poppy at the Woking branch. I went in greying and in desperate need of a refresh and came out shiny, glossy and conker coloured. You *truly* would not have any idea that my hair was coloured, it is *that* natural and right for me. Thank you Poppy. :)

I came in to see Lucy to cover up some blond balayage and, as usual, Lucy did an amazing job and guided me through the best shades to make my hair look more natural again. I always book in to see Lucy and I've been seeing her for the last few years now - she's absolutely brilliant. My only gripe, and the reason for not giving 5 stars this time, is that the lady who blow-dried my hair (who was really very nice and pleasant), only rough dried it and didn't use a brush. I have curly thick hair and I left feeling disappointed with the blow-dry as my hair was bushy and very frizzy and looked nowhere as good as it usually goes when I leave Toni & Guy. Usually it looks sleek and lasts several days until I wash it, whereas this time I washed it as soon as I got home and blow dried it myself.

I had an excellent experience at Tony & Guys Salon.

Lorna, Lea and Timatra were the perfect professional ls today. It's not only about all there skills they just made me feel better generally. I do recommend this particular branch of Toni & Guy in Harrow.

I called in to ask for a fringe trim before my next appointment and as usual, the staff were only too pleased to help. I have been a loyal customer of this branch for many years and am never disappointed by the quality of the hairdressing and the professionalism of Katrina's team. I highly recommend them.

Had a cut and blow dry with the amazing Lorna! Lorna has an awesome ability to cut through my waffle and completely understand my hair needs and looks. Given that whatever cut I have has to work for when my hair is either straight or naturally very curly, Lorna is really gifted in getting the cut spot on every time. I could fall asleep in the chair knowing that when I wake up my hair will be perfect.

Robert messed up my hair. Despite paying £68, I didn’t even receive a proper blow-dry and left the salon with damp hair. I now have to go back to my own hairdresser to fix the damage. I won’t be returning to this salon it was a complete waste of my money, my time, and the shape of my hair. Unbelievable.

Yet again another Amazing experience from start to finish!!! Thanks Catalan.. you never disappoint.. my Highlights look so natural and a lovely finish.

Being charged £30 for a “no show” after turning up twice sums up my experience with TONI&GUY Leatherhead.

I arrived at 9:00am for my appointment and found the salon closed and locked. I checked my email and saw that my appointment had been rescheduled to 10:00am, so I returned again at 10:00am. Despite physically attending twice, I was still charged a £30 no-show fee.

I showed the rescheduling email to the staff member at reception and was verbally told in person that I would receive a refund. That agreement was later taken back once the issue was no longer being handled face-to-face, and the refund was refused, with the company claiming the email was not theirs.

After weeks of emails, my account was dismissed and the matter closed, with responsibility placed entirely on me, even though the salon was not accessible and I attended twice.

This is not how customers should be treated. I would strongly warn others booking early appointments and have no confidence in this salon’s customer service.

Today I had a hair cut at Tony&Guy in Putney. It was my second time. Scallate the assistant is always very professional, polite and welcoming.
Var the stylist who cut my hair did an incredible work!! She also was very professional and friendly. She removed all the damage hair creating a lovely haircut perfect for me!
She also stylished my hair in a very pretty way. I am very happy with the result!

Mi sono recata al salone di Firenze pochi giorni fa. Bel negozio, personale gentilissimo (ai limiti del sussiego), avevo prenotato un trattamento per capelli sottili e fragili in offerta, ma poi ho deciso di fare anche taglio e schiariture. Confesso di non aver controllato il listino on line. Tutto bene soprattutto con la colorist e il taglio, molto professionali. Purtroppo il conto è stato salatissimo. Sono io a non essere la cliente adatta per loro, ma per chi può permetterselo, consigliato. Però controllate il listino sul sito, non fate come me.

I visited Toni and Guy Wigmore Road and had my hair coloured by a different team member who gave me random white strips at the back of my head and avoided showing me in the mirror before I left. When I found out, I emailed the central email address but had to call as didn’t get a reply. I want a refund.
