Smooth ordering process. GREAT customer service - from answering my questions to fixing my order mistakes. LOVE every pen (and now highlighter) I have received.

i bought several pens from tom‘s studio. they all are beautiful, functional pens. i love using them any chance i get. everything is thoughtfully packaged and all packaging is recycable.
shipping to mainland europe is a bit slow. but that is a carrier issue.

Another stunningly beautiful pen to adorn my desk. This highlighter is amazing - great ink colours and a perfect highlighter nib.

I cannot recommend Tom Studio enough! All pens beautifully designed and made to the highest standard. I have all versions of his pens/pencils and inks ❤️ but the cherry on my cake is the refillable highlight pens just fabulous. Now I am totally set for life and no more purchasing of throw away pens so green as well.
Customer service great and the team really supportive and helpful when I wedged my pencil refillable in the wrong way 😱

I absolutely love the Lumos pro. I have a single and a duo, and I also got myself an extra one to keep at work. I’m also loving the new Ori. The integrity of the company is top notch. There was a website glitch and they refunded me money for a discount that wasn’t properly applied that I didn’t even realize had happened. Will definitely keep coming back and purchasing from them again and can’t wait to see any new products they come up with.

I love the whole concept that Tom's Studio is promoting in terms of refillable pens for all sorts of uses - calligraphy, art, journalling, highlighting etc.
All orders I have placed have been swiftly processed, promptly delivered and beautifully packaged.

I have a few pens (and a pencil) from Tom's Studio. Ordering is easy and the order arrives very quickly. Well packaged and with a free T bag. These have varied over the years, initially Dorset tea which I love. Not a big fan of the other teabags but I enjoyed the mint teabag enclosed with this order.
I ordered the new highlighter pens which work well and I love the fact they can be refilled. The pens themselves are beautiful, lovely colours and a great weight to hold. Tom's pens have never disappointed and I am a big fan. I use his pens daily.

Tom’s is making stationary fun and considerate! I love paper goods and their accessories, Tom’s gives me an enjoyable experience to shop online. From the US, shipping has never been an issue despite “climate”. The pens are delightful. What introduced me was a lumos gift set, turned into my own engraved wren, then a gifted steel lumos to my beloved for our 11th anniversary ( as is tradition, supposedly), I am a customer for life. My new brass lumos feels like a magic wand and I’m crafting spells when I write. I love the saturation and variety of inks, and the “problem” it is to decide what color I want to write in (Loch Ness is my daily go-to, though I love mulberry too, and Midnight for felt tip!)

Shopping is fun, shipping is quick, and I’ll continue indulging and gifting for ages. Thanks, Tom!

I’m so happy with all my products from Tom’s Studio. I have ordered several times and it’s worth it. I name myself owner of two pro-lumos, three one-dip-pens and an enormous amount of incredible inks.

I love all the options that Tom's studio has. I always have a pen in my handbad, just in case, the field mouse is perfect for this. The wren is just lovely and sturdy, and the lumos mini and pro are ideal for anything, I used them for making cards.

I have 2 wrens and several of Toms studio Inks. The pens are a joy and I have also bought one as a gift for my mother. I keep thinking g of reasons to write as it’s just so enjoyable. Service and delivery have been great! Highly recommended

I recently bought a Tom’s Field Mouse - the idea of having a decent pen on my keyring was irresistible! In my rush to fill it and use the pen (small pause to admire the stylish packaging) I fumbled the end cap and couldn’t find it. Contacted Tom’s Studio, they replied almost instantly and sent me a replacement without delay. I go far for such customer care! Oh, and the Field Mouse is everything I’d hoped - great convenience, well designed, well engineered, and a delight to use. But then I’ve come to expect that of Tom’s Studio!

Beautiful Wren pen bought for a 21st gift for the girl who has everything. Added lovely engraving too. Hope she will be delighted.

I’m delighted with my new Field Mouse pen. A tiny pen that thinks it’s full sized.I got it for it’s handiness and cuteness and to keep it with my keys but it’s surprisingly nice to write with. I love it.

My newest obsession. I love these pens and use them for drawing and sketching. I love that they are refillable and renibbable (if that’s a word). I have multiple of these with different ink colors for use when I’m drawing and sketching. Wish they were a little cheaper but I already have 10. lol

Gorgeous pen, just love it. The weight and balance is great (I'm mid 50's female). I love all the different nibs and the little soft plastic cover really helps to swap nibs without getting ink on my fingers. Love it so much I've bought one as a surprise for my husbands birthday (& used the order as an excuse to buy more ink and reservoirs and nibs). I use the 0.3 everyday for journalling and then have all the choice of sizes for my art which is pen and watercolour
