Easy to use website with innovative products. It is unusual find such incredible quality products that are created with sustainability and the users experience so clearly considered. These products are so unique. I have the brass duo pen which is a joy to use, two of the inks which are very subtly different to the normal ink colours available and I have just purchased the brass pen rest which I am so happy with .... I have a long list of other items on my wish list that I am looking forward to purchasing soon. The final touch is the beautiful presentation in sustainable packaging with a complimentary tea bag .... just perfect

I was attracted by the fact that the products are produced sustainably and locally. They arrived promptly and beautifully packaged making it a real treat to open and it feels so much more personal too. The products themselves are a delight to behold and use :)

The quality and craftsmanship of these pens make them a pleasure to hold and use. When writing with them, I feel like a prince, even when I’m writing a grocery list.

The quality of the pens themselves coupled with people who understand art and artists. I have two Lumos Duos, a Studio Pocket Fountain Pen, and a Wren. Each one feels like an extension of my head, my heart and my hand, allowing me to create freely. And I also have to mention the fountain pen inks. They are pure hues that offer incredible color in small volumes.

Just purchased my third everlasting pen from Tom's Studio. I know what you're thinking... Why, if they last forever, would a person need three of them? Well, I don't. I want three of them. I have justified my obsession by owning the Wren, the Lumos and the Field Mouse. However, there is now a sale on. What am I to do?

I am absolutely in love with all of the pens from Tom’s Studio. I love the mission of reducing waste, and I love using a well crafted writing implement. Shipping is relatively fast from the UK to the US and the packaging is so lovely. I will continue to be a fan and share the great things coming from this brand.

Love my wren pen! I love that I can change my ink colours quickly and easily. I love that there are so many beautiful colours of ink. I love it so much that Im giving my niece one for a graduation gift! Everyone needs a wrench pen!❤️

Nobody’s perfect but Tom’s Studio has continually ranked among the top customer experiences I’ve had in the pen world. From excellent follow-up, considerate responses to feedback, and best of all: the pens themselves, I’ve got nothing but glowing accounts of them. If you were ever interested in the variety of felt-tip pens (or even fountain pens), I assure you as one hangs on my keychain you will get your money’s worth.

I ordered a Wren and a Lumos mini, and have been very happy with the material and the fit and finish. Changing ink is easy and if you leave the tip on you get a wonderful ink blending that is quite artsy.

I loved mine so much I got both of my kids a Wren so they could enjoy the world of refillable inks without having to master a fountain pen nib.

I returned my original due to preference. Tom studio’s customer service team not only shipped new ones timely but even was replying to my email on Saturday. The pen is sound, I really like its build, I can tell that they are proud of their product.

I am over the moon with my pen. The colour is beautiful. And I had it engraved which has made it really unique and special. Filling with ink is super easy. And I love different colours so this pen is perfect for that. Happy customer.

I’ve added several pieces from Tom’s Studio to my collection recently, and the quality is honestly on another level.

The standout for me is definitely the fountain pen with the Architect nib. It’s become my go-to; the nib has a unique character that makes my handwriting much more interesting. It’s not just a pretty tool—it’s a pleasure to actually write with.

I also find myself reaching for the Lumos and Ori pens constantly. They have quickly become staples in my daily rotation. The inks deserve a shout-out too—the colors are rich, vibrant, and perform perfectly on paper.

If you appreciate fine craftsmanship and tools that actually inspire you to use them, these are well worth it.

Great products, received earlier than expected based on where the company is

I've had the opportunity to interact with the customer care team at Tom's, and they have been absolutely fantastic. My first pen from T ty pm's was a black Lumos Pro Demo, and during a clean up session I lost one of the pieces down the drain. I came back to ask about replacements, and Jade was able to point me to the right place to order one (I ordered 3, because, well). In another order, things had gotten held up in customs, and again, Jade took my issue and gave the little push needed to get it through. Since then, I haven't had issues, but I still occasionally have questions and they're easily handled via email.

Tom's designs are amazingly beautiful as well as functional. He's thought of solutions for folks with different experiences and their almost always a solution.

I have a bevy of Lumos in my studio, and a Wren which goes with me everywhere.

I'm fully on board with Tom's mission to rid the world of disposable plastic.

While I have many fountain pens, I'm looking at the little pocket studio fountain pen lately as a more convenient EDC along with the Wren.

I love Tom's studios products, they are such a great quality and priced very reasonably. The customer service is superb as well. Haven't really been needing any other pens for several years, definitely recommend!

Excellent service! Customer focused! One day turnaround from order to shipping! Paid for tariffs/customs/taxes! Includes swag (free custom made tea!) Packaging is top notch, very stylish for the brand! Quality products! So impressed with my Flourish pen holder, I ordered Lumos Pro refillable pen, and recently (even though it's a little pricey for me - I pondered for a couple of weeks) the Studio fountain pen! All sentences end with an "!" because I'm so impressed with this company!

I love this pen. Fairly new to Copperplate and had a cheap Chinese pen that didn’t hold the nib quite right for me. It is a whole different happy experience using this with a good nib too.
