No customer service line and a customer team that is great at not dealing with customers. The hurdles im having to jump through to send back 2 damaged items is incredible. Never again

Good product, terrible customer service
The products are good but twice now I’ve bought from Tom Dixon and the follow up and customer service is terrible. Orders just don’t turn up for weeks, despite getting shipping emails and once you’re finally able to get hold of someone they don’t have answers. It’s quite shambolic considering the price point.

Radio silence from a company that does not want to engage with customers.
No correspondence from company. Item was returned a fortnight ago. Has been with store in London for nearly that long. No sign of refund. Appalling service from start to finish. Credit card dispute raised in order to get refund back. Style over substance - avoid.

Finally got help
For an industry leader, the incompetent customer service and lack of follow up over 2 -3 weeks, was extremely frustrating having initially spoken to someone who took all my details, then ghosted me!!!!
My final attempt however, I was efficiently helped by Dara, gave me the images I needed, placed the order I was looking forward, thankfully got the result required.
Just need to fix communication from the young lady who's on holiday.
