No customer service line and a customer team that is great at not dealing with customers. The hurdles im having to jump through to send back 2 damaged items is incredible. Never again

Melt silver wall light – truly terrible light quality
We have the melt silver wall light. Whilst the object in itself is stunning, the light quality it emits is just terrible. Cold, dim, faint light. It makes any room look like a waiting hall somewhere in poor rural Romania, where the one neon tube that has survied since the 1960s is about to give up its ghost. And you can't even change the bulb. Just terrible.

Customer service could be better
I am very happy with the delivery process and the lamps themselves, however prior to my purchase I wrote 3 emails with questions that went unanswered. That was disappointing.

We recently purchased the Tom Dixon plump couch from the flagship store in Kings Cross and had the best customer experience from start to finish. We met Chloe when we walked in and from that moment we were in the best of hands - from design advice on style of couch, to providing options for colour and fabric and importantly ensuring our couch was successfully delivered so we could ship it to New Zealand - she excelled on every step and such a delight to deal with. We are so happy with our beautiful stylish new couch and a big thank you to Chloe and the Tom Dixon team.

Product Great / Delivery Poor
The product is great as expected. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful. However I placed the order on the 24th July and asked for express delivery and it was delivered on the 18th August 25 days later. In the interim the communication from both Tom Dixon and the delivery company was very poor. Tom Dixon in particular did not take ownership of the process.

Brutus was very helpful
Brutus was very helpful, patient and responsive. He helped turn an unpleasant shopping experience (with a Tom Dixon supplier), into a good one. I had previously ordered 3 Tom Dixon melt mini light fixtures from another store. They only sent me the lamp shades and not all the other components that make the light an actual working pendant light. The other company refused to send the additional components that I had paid for, so I was left with 3 very expensive, but essentially useless lamp shades.
Over the course of a few months, Brutus helped me figure out which components I needed and where to ship them (I live on an island that most businesses won’t ship to).
The light fittings arrived quickly and perfectly packaged making it easy to fit into my suitcase when I traveled back home.
