No customer service line and a customer team that is great at not dealing with customers. The hurdles im having to jump through to send back 2 damaged items is incredible. Never again

We purchased a Tom Dixon pendant light from Heal’s and were extremely disappointed when the LED driver failed after only around nine months of use.
This is an expensive designer light fitting and we certainly expected considerably better longevity from a product at this price point.
The LED driver is a completely sealed unit, so there was no question of repairing it or an electrician being able to identify which internal component had failed. A replacement LED driver was eventually supplied and, once our electrician fitted it, the light immediately worked perfectly again — confirming that the original driver had been the problem.
We have now had the additional inconvenience and expense of arranging an electrician simply to get a relatively new premium light working again.
We chose Tom Dixon because we believed we were buying a high-quality product where the quality and durability would justify the premium price. Unfortunately, our experience with this light has not lived up to those expectations.
I hope Tom Dixon will consider whether an LED driver failing after such a short period is consistent with the standard customers should reasonably expect from the brand.

The lamp is beautiful and practical. I love the style - I smile every time I see it on my desk. The charge lasts a long time and I love being able to change the color of the light and the brightness levels. The lamp also shipped quickly and was packaged securely.

I moved house 18 months ago and had been actively searching for bar stools for my kitchen island. Three months ago, Tom Dixon’s Fat Counter Stool popped up on my instagram. Instantly fell in love with the designs and placed my orders. The orders arrived within the 3 months timeframe. Delivery process was precise and smooth. I am now sitting on one of the stools typing this review while admiring the quality and craftsmanship of the design. Above all, it’s super comfortable. Thank you!

My bell lamp arrived fast and was well packed. I love the design and how the light shines on my table. It’s portable and therefore very easy to take outside on long evenings when the weather is nice.

Absolutely in love with this sofa! It’s even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The fabric is incredible, the design is stunning, and on top of that, it’s super comfortable. Definitely worth the wait, couldn’t be happier with it!

I reached out because my order was damaged in transit and never heard back from them.

Order a chair in May. Still not delivered despite chasing numerous times and a tracker that doesn’t show tracking. Hope to see product soon as it’s September. Sorry to only score one, we love the brand and product

The Melt Portable lamp is fabulous! Everything about it works well - both the elegant physical object itself and the light produced. I have to compliment their customer service too. I had an assembly issue which was attended to clearly and promptly.

I love the fact that the chair was mounted and well packed in the box preventing damages. It was very clean, which was surprising for me, and also the tissue selected is identical as in the site.

Everything was fine, except the delivery. They put it at the street and left, no complains will be heard. They just said, they hear it all the time. It was a horror to get it in the flat! You should change your delivery apply or the firm.

Producy as advertised, beautiful design and good quality. Very responsive client service. Don’t give a 5 due to problems with delivery with item returned to wharehouse due to missing customs information. Client service resolved and send another, that had customs problems again. They were resolved by the client service, but overall the shipment took 4weeks to arrive since 1st order

Excellent customer service and thank you to Brutus with the Tom Dixon customer service team for the way he resolved my issue, you are a credit to the Tom Dixon brand and this experience has exceeded my expectations although delighted I’m not surprised as Tom Dixon is an excellent designer and his product designs always reflect his attention to detail. It also reflects the way you have helped me and clearly shows the company ethos.
