My husband had bought a voucher through…
My husband had bought a voucher through Groupon. Token studio wouldn't accept the voucher as they said it was invalid. We contacted Groupon who confirmed the voucher was valid, and then Token Studio redeem our voucher and had the cheek to send us a link so that we could book and pay £96.00 in top. Horrible experience!!

What Moran doesn't mention is the 5 emails we have emailed them with the exact instructions on how to book with their voucher. Cause... Poor email management by the client. Groupon agreed with us...
Pottery painting class
Had a really good time at the pottery painting class - was an hour and a half and plenty of time to paint the pots at our own leisure and the BYOB is an added bonus! Thanks for the experience

Company does not respond to emails
Company does not respond to emails. I have been emailing about collecting my pottery that I paid extra £10 and need to know if it will be ready to collect as I'm coming from far away. Please respond with an email address or phone number that I could speak to someone!
So my tactic of reviewing on Trust Pilot has done what has been desired and I got a response! Despite it being rude, it still did not provide any contact details nor confirm what I have asked. Just retaliated and said they respond to all emails which is untrue.
So I just wanted to know whether I could collect it this weekend and they just threatened to "ban me for life" (as if I'd ever want to go there again after being treated this way!) and call the police if I went to the studio! They also won't refund the money I paid!! Take this as a warning, the business model is to allow you to create something that you are attached to (as it usually is a Birthday celebration or something) and hold it to ransom and if you don't "behave" the way they want you (like give a true feedback) they will ban you and not give you your creation. Please read other reviews before you do this experience.

You just don't like that you have to book an appointment in advance to pick up.
So you decide it is smart idea to leave a 1 star review on Trustpilot and state that you will remove the review if you get your own way.
Not the smartest of cookies.
So we banned you. We really don't have time to play silly games.
Only way these people will learn for such toxic behaviour.

Matthew did attend but only for 10 minutes as he was thrown out by our staff for being to drunk at 2pm. Then his friends started making discriminatory comments towards people with autism. We've got no reason to lie...If you don't believe me, just scroll down at Dawn Vickers' review...We also believe there is a possibility that Matthew had defecated himself...Another reason to kick him out.
