False Representation at it's best. Website shows beautiful dresses and what you get is cheap quality which looks nothing like the pictures.

Just received my order nothing like as advertised

They are absolutely sharks. They are deceiving people. There stuff is rubbish and there size guide way off. They not in London and if you want to return it will cost you £25 to send it back. DON'T get caught out by them! Stay away!!!!!

I agree, this is total rubbish, absolute deception. I have just collected my dress, and the fabric is of poor quality. I emailed for returns and a refund. Only to be advised that I need to pay £25.00 for returns to China. What a joke and rip-off. These online companies must be regulated.

Total rubbish ! What I ordered (as a dress for my daughter’s wedding) looked stunning in the advertisement.
What arrived was basically a piece of cloth absolutely nothing like I believed I was purchasing

Ordered a dress which looked beautiful, after waiting an age for it to arrive( from China not London!!) it’s nothing like the picture. It’s bloody awful. £25 to return it . Avoid this company!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Don't let their website fool you, it's not a UK company it's a Chinese company. Dresses are nothing like the photos on their website and the quality is awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a total fake this company they say they are Jane London but they are a Chinese company. Quality of products is very poor, takes ages for delivery and they don’t really accept returns- the cost of return is min £25 so makes it not worthwhile they just try to get you accept product & refund you 10% to keep it - avoid this company

A Chinese company posing as an English one. Ordered a cat jumper (lira) and was appalled at the poor quality of the item that arrived. Photo advertised a wool jumper but the product was a cheap fleece material with no care label. Sizing was poor too

My purchase is inferior and they want £25 to return back to China. As far as I was aware this was a British company but obviously not
Best to avoid buying from here

Purchased a dress which was a dreadful fit. Contacted the company which guarantees a 100% refund on the webpage. As others have found out it is not Jane London ( based in London) but in China with a £25 refund postage cost. Do not be deceived by the photos of the clothes … nothing like the photos arrived. Poor quality, no tags, no washing instructions, no material information Cheap, nasty Scam company !

I ordered a cardigan from this company and received an item which was similar in colour but was nothing like what I ordered. I contacted the company and was advised that of course I could have a refund - but I would need to return the wrong item to China at a cost of £20. They have refused to accept that the item was not as described.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

This company is a scammer site. Item received was nothing like the item shown online, not even close. Do not buy from this site. The only thing guaranteed will be your disappointment when you receive the package. Although they promise to refund, you have to take the risk of shipping the item back to China and pay all the costs yourself. If you want to buy from China - TEMU is the way to go.
